Trying to get first mortgage

The house is being appraised today. We have rented it for the past three years and have been offered to buy. Its kinda a rush thing the owners can't afford the house and have to sell now or we are out. Problem is it happened so fast we have not been able to save for a good deposit. we are nervous nervous nervous, but calm at the same time because I know that God provides for His children.
