Mueller Subpoenas Trump Deutsche Bank Records

“Deutsche Bank always cooperates with investigating authorities in all countries,” the lender said in a statement to Bloomberg Tuesday, declining to provide additional information.
    ...
Democrats have asked whether the bank’s loans to Trump, made years before he ran for president, were in any way connected to Russia. The bank previously rejected those demands, saying sharing client data would be illegal unless it received a formal request to do so. Trump has denied any wrongdoing.
    ...
Deutsche Bank management is ready to share information about the lender’s dealings with Trump and is hopeful that doing so will help end the series of inquiries from Democrats, an executive at the bank, who asked not to be identified discussing private deliberations, has previously told Bloomberg News.

An internal investigation carried out by Deutsche Bank didn’t yield any evidence of connections between the client relationship with Trump and the bank’s so-called Russian mirror trades affair, a person briefed on the matter said

Noting that bringing offshore money back by lowering corporate tax rates was a plank in Trump's platform.

The new tax bill is supposed to help bring money back to the States that's been offshore. That should help the stock market at least.

Perhaps Mueller isn't looking into the mirror trades aspect of Trumps debt to Deutsche Bank? So admitting there is no connection by Deutsche Bank could be a misdirection ploy.

What if Deutsche Bank lent to Trump with a Russian national co-signer on the loan? That would sure be something else, wouldn't it?

LOL, when one has to resort to outright fabrications ...

... one is obviously short on substantive facts.

If you can't trust the bank that's already been convicted of Russian money laundering when they say there's no Russian money laundering this time, who can you trust?

Why would a bank undercut someone who owes them over $300 million? And help them out in managing sanctions against them?

"The bank is trying to restructure some of Trump’s roughly $300 million debt as part of an attempt to reduce any conflict of interest between the loan and his presidency, according to a person familiar with the matter. Normally, the removal of a personal pledge might lead to more-stringent terms. But there is little normal about this interaction. Trump’s attorney general will inherit an investigation of Deutsche Bank related to stock trades for rich clients in Russia -- where Trump says he plans to improve relations -- and may have to deal with a possible multibillion-dollar penalty to the bank related to mortgage-bond investigations."

I thought that Donald Trump was a multi Billionaire. Why doesn’t he pay off this chump change debt?
