History has shown that the polls over sample democrats. I don't have the source on hand, but last I checked the numbers have been off by 4-6% in favor of democrats.

I don't know. But statistically, you take whatever lead the polls show democrats ahead, and subtract it by 4-6%. Then you will have a more accurate answer. This is why the Kamala campaign is freaking out. Clinton was up by 6% prior to the 2016 election.
