Fortunately, such blind hatred is at least partially counteracted by MountainBob and you accepting Donald as a Savior...

Lowercase savior, have you ever heard the expression "lords", it's not meant as an expression of pluralistic deity.

Sure. Jack Balkin in “Framework Originalism and Living Constitution” and “Original Meaning and Constitutional Redemption,” discussing the original meaning of “domestic violence” in Article IV, Section 4, to mean “riots” and “insurrection” as opposed to a spouse hitting their spouse.

See also Lawrence B. Solum, “Semantic Originalism” in which Solum reaches the same conclusion as Balkin in regards to the original meaning of domestic violence.

The federal statute parallels context and purpose of the constitutional provision, and its unreasonable to think a different meaning of “domestic violence” was used.

You keep forgetting the word conspiracy. There doesn't have to be any physical action just a conspiracy to do so. Read it.

National "emergency"! The president is ̶w̶o̶r̶k̶i̶n̶g̶ ̶h̶a̶r̶d̶ hardly working:
J.D. Durkin on Twitter

Enjoying an omelette bar at one's golf club in Palm Beach is definitely proof positive of an "emergency" that demands the president's immediate attention.

Largest failure ever elected. Obama wrote into law all kinds of atrocities. Including torture, indefinite detention, and the authorisation of lethal force against American citizens.

The man was outrageously anti constitution, sold america out to foreign entities, and was a scourge to this land.
^_^^_^^_^^_^^_^
Obama was an unexceptional president, it is an absurdist lie to claim him to be the worst, a scourge to the land. He is guilty of continuing the policies of the previous president, a republican, but you are bearing false witness in your absurd and gross exaggerations.

Calling Obama the 'largest failure ever elected" when Donald "bankrupted a casino" Trump is (supposedly) president is...uh....it's something.

Obama spent his life in public service, from being a community organizer to being president. Donny has spent his entire life on greed and grift.

Obama was an unexceptional president,

un·ex·cep·tion·al
Dictionary result for unexceptional
/ˌənəkˈsepSH(ə)n(ə)l/
adjective
  1. not out of the ordinary; usual.
    "an unexceptional movie"
synonyms: mediocre, unremarkable, undistinguished, indifferent, unimpressive...
I agree there. Tad on the light side for my tase, but agreeable.

I am of the opinion we as a nation need to be cleansed from his administration like a leper that touch things. Burn those things that were contaminated before the disease spreads. Bush was only marginally better concerning the constitution. But he did give us warrantless surveillance, wiretaps, and seizures. So he's up there.

Orwellian? Already Know what that is. Trump just got in the office. He didn't pass any of this stuff. If HRC got in no one would even have questioned this legislation. So really the question is, why was so much power legislated to the executive branch?
The real question is what makes anyone think Trump will do anything to make it better?

I'm not correcting your post, I'm guessing you meant think? If so. it's a simple typo no biggie. I will address it assuming it as such.

Because Trump already has and is doing better. Allot of what is and will be done is impossible to completely consider before key obstructionist of the swamp are removed. There is still an ongoing campaign to disrupt, discredit and block Trump's accomplishments.

And yet you still don't seem to heed the warning. Stop worrying about Trump, and consider the legislation that has been passed concerning the empowerment of the executive branch.

When someone brings up something like this:The ACLU and CCR have filed a lawsuit challenging the government's targeted killing of three U.S. citizens in drone strikes far from any armed conflict zone.

People laugh at them.

Bring up FEMA camps.

People laugh.

Bring up Trump now has this authority... are you laughing?
Stop worrying about Trump. What a joke. Because of Trump, we had the longest shut down. Because he refuse to sign for a 25 billion wall. And now this national emergency crap. Because it's giving Trump the attention he craves.

Trump is so dead set on a "wall", politics I guess... What irritates me is there are far much more better, and much more effective ways, and most importantly "cheaper" ways to increase border security, even more effectively than a wall, but he won't even consider them, cause this whole "gotta be a wall" issue/thing has become politics and a political issue now...

God Bless!

Indeed.

At this point, building the wall is just so he can say he did. He doesn't actually care to look at what might be a good compromise that brings both sides together while also dealing with the issue of border security. That's because it's not actually about border security for both Trump or his supporters. Heck, most of them don't even live anywhere near the border!

I've said since the beginning that this wall is more symbolic for the right than an actual plan to deal with illegal immigration. They don't actually care how effective it is as a solution. They just want something physical they can point to that shows the world they were here. They want a monument to themselves and they want all of us to pay for it.
