I am happy that President Trump passed a test that acknowledges that he has basic mental faculities without any signs of dementia or impairment.

As I said previously, assertions of beginning dementia in presidents are older than Trump. G. W. Bush was said to be suffering from Alzheimer as well, and he still apears as sharp as he did during his presidency, if not more so.

If you have all the eyes of the world pointed at you 24/7, you're bound to be caugt acting stupid from time to time. That's because (let's be honest here) every one of us acts stupid from time to time. It's part of the human condition.

Ummm...whilst his results must be seen as encouraging, you do realise that the ‘30’ for a test such as this is ‘normal’...it’s the baseline...don’t you?

For every point below 30, some degree of deterioration is evident. So scoring 30 doesn’t indicate ‘brilliance’...it indicates that there is no sign of dementia...

No, just normal. It is a fairly easy test. The average score is almost 28. Any score over 26 is normal.

No, not really. I think we have a right to know if the result of this 'mental test' is legitimate or not. I'm definitely not a Trump supporter, so I'm not going to automatically accept these results as truth. I don't trust Trump (or any of his administration cronies) and I take everything he says with a grain of salt, because I know he can't be trusted to be to honest or honorable. Therefore, I think I have very good reasons to doubt the results of this test, especially after this story: Trump's doctor says he's in 'excellent health,' but the numbers tell a different story. And besides, I don't trust any supposed 'mental test' that suggests Trump is mentally stable anyway, especially when he behaves like a spoiled child on social media and he clearly demonstrates signs of being narcissistic.
