Lol. Trump was asked in an interview what he saw when he looked in a mirror. He said he saw a 35 year old man. This was a couple of years back, when he was already in his 70s or late 60s.
Of course the late night talk show hosts enjoyed him writing their joke for them, saying "that's not you, that's your wife."
Point being, Trump has a wildly distorted view about what's aesthetically appealing. He'd look like a decent enough fellow for his age if he just got a normal hair cut, stopped dying his hair & brows, stopped with the fake tanning & lost some weight.
