Trump Lashes Out at Scientists Whose Findings Contradict Him

As President Donald Trump pushes to reopen the country despite warnings from doctors about the consequences of moving too quickly during the coronavirus crisis, he has been lashing out at scientists whose conclusions he doesn’t like.

Twice this week, Trump has not only dismissed the findings of studies, but suggested — without evidence — that their authors were motivated by politics and out to undermine his efforts to roll back coronavirus restrictions.

Today the President declared "houses of worship" as an "essential service" and declared that he would override any restrictions by the Governors to limit the number of people who can gather together as a safety concern!

This is the same President whose Republican Party is deliberately "slow walking" any efforts to provide the states with the necessary financial support before they are forced to lay off those employed in "essential services!"

Without a vaccine or an effective means to restrict the spread of COVID-19 beyond self-isolation, hand washing and masks, based on his words and behavior this President has effectively dismissed 2 of the 3!

Cook pointed out an interesting polling data point: voters that have an unfavorable view of both President Donald Trump and former Vice President Joe Biden break for Biden 49 to 18. In 2016, voters that disliked both Trump and Hillary Clinton went with Trump by a 20-point margin.

I don’t get why science hasn’t modified shots from dog covid vaccine. It seems the logical place for study.

Feline Leukemia Virus is related to HIV and they did look into it . Iirc not much help there . And remember that Covid 19 is a coronavirus. So is the common cold and we never developed a complete immunity to that nor do we have a vaccine .
