Trump impeachment: Several Republicans to join Democrats in House vote

It looks like it's probable that Trump could face another impeachment considering this excerpt from the article: "A two-thirds majority would be needed there to convict Mr. Trump, meaning at least 17 Republicans would have to vote for conviction. As many as 20 Senate Republicans are open to convicting the president, the New York Times reports." What are your thoughts on the matter?

He will be impeached, that happen in the house and is a forgone conclusion, the question is if the senate will convict. With his former enablers jumping ship in droves it’s possible and I am cautiously optimistic that Trump will have to face the consequences of his actions for once.

Finally, righteousness may prevail.

Consequences will happen when Trump leaves office and he faces financial failure and prison.

If Trump is impeached, then it will be historic because he will be the first U.S. President to ever be impeached twice. I don't think history will be kind to him or to the GOP leaders who support him.

Being on the receiving end of an attempted coup led by a guy seems to make some people grumpy towards him. Who could have guessed?
