There is a St. Joseph's in Brooklyn that falls under the jurisdiction of the ACA: St. Joseph's Anglican Church – A Member of the Traditional Anglican Communion.

In CT, there is:
Advent - Greenwich (Diocese of the Holy Cross)
Resurrection - Ansonia (ACC)
St. Michael's - New Haven (ACA)

St. Mary's - Salem (Episcopal Missionary Church)
All Saints - Norwalk (EMC)
These last two may not reflect the Anglo-Catholic culture but do hold your values on the doctrinal issues.

I haven't visited yet, but maybe St. Alban's will fit the bill?

Saint Albans Church
That's possible but the REC tends to eschew high churchmanship, and outright Anglo-Catholicism was anathema until this century in that jurisdiction. I see they are celebrating with the 1662 BCP, which probably places them in the broad churchmanship tradition that was common in NYC many years ago.

What are the worship options for someone who has traditional views in regards to things like same-sex unions and female clergy but is at the same time partial to Anglo-Catholic worship in New York City?

Did you ever find an Anglo-Catholic church you liked in the city?
