Some---most do not. It is well known---when we went out (in the old days--when Noah was still here) we went door to door asking for donations for the poor----the poor gave---most of the rich didn't.

The only way for that to work is through rationing, like they did during the Second World War, where a person could only buy a product by submitting a ration stamp issued to them by the government.

Sacrifice for y(our) country? Nah...let's spend $4 trillion next week to add to the $20 some odd trillion or $80 some odd trillion (unfunded liabilities demanded by those who really refuse to sacrifice)...and call it a day.

I wonder if those unfunded liabilities can be paid for. Where do get 80 trillion dollars? No matter where you take it from it might hurt the economy which only further complicates our ability to pay for anything. Im not an economist and dont know, but it sounds like a huge problem to me.

I have ordered a bottle bidet, but it won't get here until the end of April.

It arrived. It has some flaws, but it's workable.

I'm starting to get the hang of it.

It does not leak when nozzle is upright or sideways, but runs continuously when downward.

To counter that, I just turn it sideways when I want to pause its flow.

The absence of my beloved Northern paper was distressing. I usually order a box from Amazon and neglected to do so earlier this year. Limiting myself to unsuitable pretenders was unpleasant. The remedy was secured and the bidet restored my peace.
