If one is so inclined, there is a very helpful booklet in both Latin and English with helpful hints and guides in the margins on how to follow along.

If one does a search on the internet, there is a Latin-English Booklet Missal for praying the Traditional Mass available.

The guy sitting next to me this morning had this exact booklet. I could not find the parish bookstore, so I was not able to pick one up and had to just follow the movements that he was making. I did not know any of the responses in Latin, so I just kept my mouth shut.
