I'm hoping I describe this concept correctly?
Please help to resolve any issues.

Baseball example.

Pitch 0 seconds
Batter hits to Infielder
Time = 4 seconds
Pitch 20 seconds
Batter hits to Outfielder
Time = 6 seconds
Pitch 40 seconds
Batter hits Homer
Time = 8 seconds
batter hits same speed (speed of light)

Each hit is exactly 20 seconds apart, but the Receivers; Infield (4 seconds), Outfield (26 seconds) and fence (48 seconds) receive the ball more than 20 seconds apart each time because of the distance.

Scientists have to produce a ratio to resolve the stretching of time otherwise two nearby novas exploding 1 week apart look to us like they were a totally different time..
Using this ratio, Shroeder resolves 13 Billion years to 6.5 days from the point of the centre of the universe - where God was from where He describes the time of creation.

The discrepancy comes because no one wants to calculate time dilation in a universe increasing in acceleration when “God stretched out the heavens.”

We know that acceleration causes clocks to slow. The reverse is that when the velocity was less, clocks and decay rates were necessarily faster.

But since they use a constant rate to calculate backwards instead of an increasing rate, they of course arrive at the wrong answer.

Take a pipe with a decreasing rate of flow over time. Look at the amount of water (parent/daughter ratios) in the pool.

If you use the current rate to calculate how long it took to fill the pool, you will arrive at the wrong answer. To get the correct answer you must account for an increasing rate the further back you calculate.

Until they accept Relativity and time dilation in a universe increasing in acceleration the wrong answer will continue to be calculated.
