Those Less Fortunate

Dear Friends, Please join me in prayer for those who are hurting while we celebrate. Lord Jesus,. There are so many lonely people with nobody to share this day with. We're giving thanks for things that they wish they had. There are so many lost and lonely hearts eating at soup kitchens. I lift up our elderly, and shut-ins who spend the day alone.
Please bless those who are helping those who are hurting.There are many kind people who serve meals, and deliver trays rather than having a feast with family. Let us search hard, and dig to the deepest recesses of the soul to find things to be thankful for. Please let this be a day when we all remember You are the only one who can provide. In Your precious, and Holy Name...Amen.

Thanks friends.... Someone gave me an idea...Those less fortune need a "Drop in center.' They can get out of the heat or cold, have a cold soda, or hot coffee. They need lockers to secure their possessions. Most of all, they can hear the Gospel. People May get "one to one" attention.
Most people wouldn't want a place like this anywhere near their valuable property. It may start in a motorhome. It can reach different parts of town on different days.
I don't know if this is possible. I'm not entirely sure it would change things, but it's well worth praying for some way to help.
