20 people saw you make a non sequitur.

Probably more, but it confirms your own.

How shall I put it. When Mormons start walking on water, feeding thousands at a time, raising the dead, healing the truly sick and disabled let me know. Until then your comparison is invalid.

I can write a story where I do all of those.

Will you accept me as a deity?

All I need to do is write stories where I do those things. That will put me on equal ground with the NT.

No it won't. It would put you on equal footing with the Book of Mormon and Quran.

Also would you die to protect your lies?

Funny how you are working to hold on to your worldview.

You might as well claim that I can't like both chocolate and vanilla ice cream.

If you are referring to evolution, mutations occur through random chance while changes in allele frequencies within populations occur through natural selection. Both random chance and natural selection play important roles in evolution.

I can discuss specific experiments if you want to learn more.

Your definition of atheist was shown to be wrong.
Not really. All that was shown is that you disagree with my definition and you shared your own definition. You show, however, that you have a very definite belief about God, so your definition is in conflict with your actions. I take your actions as being the actual definition you live by.

So you believe that an almost improbable random chance brought about the complexities we see today. The odds of that happening are astoundingly improbable, but here you are advocating for it anyway. Congratulations on your blind faith.

No not the NT. Miracles were witnessed by thousands.

So where mine.

Loudmouth 1:1 Lo, did Loudmouth walk on water. It was witnessed by thousands.

See?

Same Holy Spirit attesting to each believer then as now and will continue.

Loudmouth 1:2 So did the Holy Spirit attest to each believe then as now and as it continues forever.

Same thing.

There are thousands of attributes to compare between NT and those others works. Not even close.

Ralph 1:1 I witnessed Loudmouth walking on water.

Larry 1:1 I, too, witnessed Loudmouth walking on water.

How many more do I need?

Let me know when Muhammad and Joe rise from the dead.

Ralph 2:1 On the Friday, Loudmouth rose from the dead.

Larry 3:1 On the Friday, Loudmouth rose from the dead, and I witnessed it.

Need anything more?

I have yet to see any probability calculations that show it to be improbable.

Also, I think life evolved which includes natural selection. It isn't just random chance.

The only blind faith is your claims of knowing what the odds are.

Also, I have evidence so there is no need for faith.

Easy to figure out.

Loudmouth (your example above of course) was not really Loudmouth but an author with the same name. He only took the good words of Loudmouth who no one can even confirm lived, and is making money to buy powerball tickets.

Then the psuedo Loudmouth decided to add in a few magic tricks and sell the book to Random House.

Remind me again what the probability of something coming from nothing are.

So, life started out by random chance and evolved into natural selection. This would mean that nature now dictates and predetermines everything at this point. Yet, you deny predestination. You seem to be conflicted.

Remind me again where evolution has organisms coming from nothing?

Pretty sure Darwin already described it as descent with modification, not something from nothing. Ever heard of biological reproduction?

So, life started out by random chance . . .

I don't know how life started. All I know is that it did.

and evolved into natural selection.

You don't evolve into natural selection. Natural selection is just the unavoidable consequence of imperfect replicators competing for natural resources. In such a situation, there have to be winners and losers. Those who reproduce and those who don't. Since luck and chance are divided equally across all organism, the overriding factor determining who reproduces and who doesn't is their heritable traits. Once you have biological organisms, natural selection has to happen.

This would mean that nature now dictates and predetermines everything at this point. Yet, you deny predestination. You seem to be conflicted.

That begs the question of whether natural processes are predestined. I frankly don't know if they are or aren't. I equate it to a ride on a roller coaster. I am enjoying the ride, even if it happens to be a pre-determined route on a pair of rails.

Looks like you have the New Testament all figured out.
