So since there is only One God, One Savior, One way to God through Christ, One faith, One baptism and One Gospel- there is only one way to be saved.

Yes One body of Christ just as there was One Nation in the OT , Israel by which God chose as His people.

Yet there are different locations of churches hence the Epistles and Revelation chapters 2-3. But they are still the One Body of Christ on earth.

Jesus passed on the gospel to His Disciples. Its the same Gospel but Christ had not suffered, died, risen yet. The disciples didn't understand the Passion until after His Resurrection, they were in denial.

Jesus replied, “You do not realize now what I am doing, but later you will understand…. I am telling you now before it happens, so that when it does happen you will believe that I am who I am.” — John 13:7,19

After he was raised from the dead, his disciples recalled what he had said. Then they believed the scripture and the words that Jesus had spoken. — John 2:22

From that time on Jesus began to explain to his disciples that he must go to Jerusalem and suffer many things at the hands of the elders, the chief priests and the teachers of the law, and that he must be killed and on the third day be raised to life. — Matthew 16:21

Well, Jesus met Paul on the road to Damascus and heard from Him directly. He is by no means the least of the apostles and the worst of all sinners. He may have looked at himself that way but that shows how great he truly was (and is).

Paul met and talked to Jesus on the road to Damascus. Acts 9:5

Paul did not receive the Gospel from man, he received it by revelation from Christ. Gal. 1:12

Paul was not the least, he was the greatest, he labored more abundantly that any of the 12. 1Cor. 15:10

Paul considered himself the worst of sinners because he persecuted the church of God, when in reality he was not, he said this through humility. 1Cor. 15:9

Jesus began his ministry with the Gospel message to repent from our sins for the Kingdom of God is at hand (Matthew 4:17-23), and the Torah was how his audience knew what sin is, so repenting from our disobedience to it is an integral part of the Gospel of the Kingdom, which Jesus prophesied would be proclaimed to the nations (Matthew 24:12-14). The same goes for how Peter's audience knew what sin is when he told them to repent for the forgiveness of sin in Acts 2:38. In Romans 15:4, Paul said OT writings are for our instruction and in 15:18-19, his Gospel message involved bringing the Gentiles to full obedience in word and in deed, so his Gospel was on the same page in regard to teaching repentance from our sins.
