Theology Assassin

Came across this phrase "theology assassin" the other day.

What does it mean to you?

I don't know but it sounds kind of ominous. If it means something what does it mean?

The only thing that comes to mind is the story of Ehud from Judges 3.

Some one who assassinates theology. How is this done? What theology is assassinated? Could it be applied to the theology of those disagreeing with the theology of another? Would that be assassinating an individual? Christians are known for and by attacking another Christian. In the distant past even to physical murder another. Can an individual be murdered with words?

Well, I have no idea what the person who said it meant.

But I think it could either mean someone who misunderstands theology so badly he kills it, metaphorically speaking; or someone who used theology, even correct theology, to hurt others; or maybe someone who stealthily through illegitimate means destroys either good or bad theology.

Eh, it is more like by a person who thinks that their interpretations of the Bible are "what the Bible says" and therefore are correct.

That could be nothing more than a personal opinion. I am talking about theology in general and not a specific doctrine. The board is not about doctrines.
