Here in verse 17, after christ had ascended into heaven, "the rest of her offspring" God was taking about were the Christians of the new testament period.

Out of this victorious woman comes the man child. Read Isaiah 66.

Oh brother. Why must you interpret Bible prophecies based on what your relative do in the army, a weapon they may develop, or what Wikipedia wrote? This is NOT how you know the Truth. Interpretation belongs to God that you must search it out in Scripture. Allow me to show you an example:

What proceeds out of their mouths of God's Witnesses is the Word of God as fire! His Word is symbolized as fire because it is the unadulterated Word of God's judgment. The enemies don't want to hear the truth as they are vexed by it, being adversaries to it and they are judged by GOd's Witnessed for rejecting the Truth.

You need to compare Scripture with Scripture carefully and not get distracted by men's wild imaginations!

Now are you going to tell us that you believe that some men from Europe disgorge frogs out of their mouths literally or will it be something your nephew's army work on?

What does God see the frogs as? Read the verse 14 carefully which the physical plagues of frogs back in Exodus SIGNIFIES OF! Selah!

Sorry, I do not believe you really understand the purpose of 1,260 days, which is symbolically, not literally. The ministry of the woman (Revelation 12) is parallel to the ministry of two witnesses (Revelation 11) for the SAME 1,260 days. It is about bringing the Gospel to the world BEFORE Satan is loosened to bring Great Tribulation. Read carefully:

Revelation 11:3
[3] And I will give power unto my two witnesses, and they shall prophesy a thousand two hundred and threescore days, clothed in sackcloth.

After 1,260 days, what happens to Two Witnesses? In the same context, Scripture reads:

Revelation 11:7-8
[7] And when they shall have finished their testimony, the beast that ascendeth out of the bottomless pit shall make war against them, and shall overcome them, and kill them.
[8] And their dead bodies shall lie in the street of the great city, which spiritually is called Sodom and Egypt, where also our Lord was crucified.

When the testimony of the Two Witnesses for the purpose of bringing Salvation to the world (wilderness where woman fled to) is fulfilled or finished. Or in other words, when the fulness of the Gentiles be coming in, God will then unrestrained or loosen Satan (beast) from the bottomless pit, deceiving the Gentiles once again, and wage spiritual war against True Believers and to silence (kill) their testimony for Salvation, as a judgment upon unfaithful congregation who do not love the Truth.

Therefore, the great tribulation comes after 1,260 days. Selah!

The great tribulation begins when the abomination of desolation is set up to be worshiped.

Most of it is after the 1260 days, yes. But not all of it. There 75 days before the 1260 days end - to get the 1335 days of Daniel 12:12.

It is during those 75 days the two witnesses battle with the beast, as the Jews flee into the mountains. See Matthew 24:17-18 below. Them who do not flee in time, are the remnant in Revelation 12:17.

Jesus teaches His disciples, in order for them to teach their disciples of a day when they would flee the city, into the wilderness, for then their will be great tribulation.

This time takes place when we see the abomination of desolation spoken of by Daniel the prophet.

When we see the abomination, we are to flee.

The fleeing coincides with the beginning of the great tribulation which occurs in the middle of the 70 th week, a seven year period spoken of by Daniel.

The middle of the seven year period known as the 70th week of Daniel is 3 1/2 years.

The great tribulation is 3 1/2 years, or 1260 days, or a time, times and a half of time.


This is clearly what the context of Revelation shows.


The woman is alive during the time of the great tribulation and is protected and nourished for the 1260 day time frame of the great tribulation, while the rest of her offspring are persecuted by the dragon during this time period of three and one half years.

I have never read Dave Hunt or Hal Lindsey.

I don't know what bible you read, but mine says:

• Daniel 7:24 And the ten horns out of this kingdom are ten kings that shall arise: and another shall rise after them; and he shall be diverse from the first, and he shall subdue three kings.
• 25 And he shall speak great words against the most High, and shall wear out the saints of the most High, and think to change times and laws: and they shall be given into his hand until a time and times and the dividing of time.

This horn has eyes and a mouth. A power has neither. It is also a "he" which a power is not. he is a king as the papacy is, but not only a king, a priest. He claims to rule over heaven, earth and hell, thus his triple crown. The papacy subdued three of the ten kings that overthrew teh Roman Empire. All fulfilled.

Matthew and Luke are describing the same event. The abomination of desolation was the Roman armies surrounding Jerusalem (the holy place) It was a local event as Matthew says, those in Jerusalem and Judea would see it, not the whole world.

You lack biblical exegesis and failed to compare Scripture with Scripture. And no it has nothing to do with Papacy, history, future antichrist or partuclar country/empire that will attack national Israel. None of it will happen.

First... you need to find out God's definition of the horn, number 10, and number three in Scripture.

The horn of scripture signifies power. The number 10 signifies fullness of whatever is in view. The number 3 signifies the will and purpose of God.

Daniel 7:24-25 is talking about a spiritual kingdom making up of carnal professed men with the spirit of Antichrist. When they (false prophets and christs) have full control of God's congregation, a little horn comes up afterward. This little horn is diverse from the first ten because this represents a short time of the power of Satan. This is when God has agreed and allowed Satan (Little horn/beast) to rule in His kingdom as a judgment for her unfaithfulness fulfilling Revelation 17.

Revelation 17:16-18
[16] And the ten horns which thou sawest upon the beast, these shall hate the harlot, and shall make her desolate and naked, and shall eat her flesh, and burn her with fire.
[17] For God hath put in their hearts to fulfil his will, and to agree, and give their kingdom unto the beast, until the words of God shall be fulfilled.

The ten horns represent the power of the false prophets and christs who hates the woman for who she once represented God's Kingdom. They made her desolate and spiritually naked by replacing the True Gospel with their own false doctrines and gospel. This is how they have brought the church into apostasy and desolation. This is the full power of ten horns (kings) representing the false prophets and christs like Joel Osteen, Joyce Meyers, etc. that the false prophets and christs did not have in the past since Pentcost because the power of Satan was restrained by God in order to build the church.

Now, after them, come forth the little horn who is actually the beast himself:

The beast is the carnal kingdom of Satan as it exists throughout time. It has 7 heads. The heads signify authority. The number 7 signifies complete, so this kingdom has complete authority which symbolizing its rule throughout the complete history from the Garden to today.

By contrast, the ten horns SPECIFICALLY signify the fullness of power (horns) to rule during the END TIME (10 representing fullness of whatever is in vew), come up to the church to blasphemy God's name. When the beast comes out of bottomless pit, he is actually the eighth, but IS OF THE SEVEN which means he is part of this complete spiritual kingdom having full of power. This beast is actaully the little horn himself which means that he will only have the power for a short time. And he will give the power to the ten horns (false prophets and christs) who will have same mind to speak his false gospel and doctrines in the congregation where they NOW rule. This is how the power of Satan is "revealed" to us through the man of sin, his false prophets and christs, who are now running the church, making her spiritually desolate. These things must take place prior to Second Coming.

2 Thessalonians 2:3-4
[3] Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition;
[4] Who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sitteth in the temple of God, shewing himself that he is God.

Satan wants to be worshipped in God's congregation so he gave his power to the false prophets and christs who will have the same mind to sell false doctrines in the church. This is how the truthful testimony of the Saints (symbolically Two Witnesses) has been silenced or replaced because people do not love the truth anymore so they will buy and sell whatever comes out of the mouths of the false prophets and christ. (Hint: Mark of the Beast). This is why God is judging upon His unfaithful Congregation by allowed Satan to receive power and rule there BEFORE Christ returns. Once the Word of God concerning them is fulfilled, Christ will return.

The Olivet discourse has to do with the New Testament Congregation prior to Second Coming, not about Jews in Israel in 70AD.

The ten horns are ten kings, I don't know what scripture you read. The same ten Gothic kings that overthrew Rome. Out of them came the little horn, the papacy. The ten kings has nothing to do with gothic kings and Rome.

Let me explain again...

The ten kings had no kingdom/rule because the time hadn't come for them to come into existence. This is an "image" depicting Satan's rule past, present, and future.

Revelation 17:9

• "And here is the mind which hath wisdom. The seven heads are seven mountains, on which the woman sitteth."

Here is the interpretation based on the mind of Christ, the only wise mind. For example, interpretations allowing God's Word to interpret God's Word. That is wisdom. There is no wisdom by looking into history books.

In Scripture, Mountains represent Kingdoms/Rules, and in this context, of this beast. Satan had already ruled for 5, then there was 1 where he was presently ruling (at the time of John's writing (i.e., he is not, and yet is, because he was bound for the Church's sake!). And we read 1 was yet to come, which makes a total of 7 in all, signifying the completeness of time that he will rule. It is clear that the 10 kings didn't exist at the time of the writing. Therefore, it has nothing to do with Roman Empire or your gothic kings! They were not qualified. they arise in the latter days just before the end of time. That is what it means in saying that the 10 kings of the Beast have no kingdom yet. That means the power of this beast to give them rule hadn't occurred. Moreover, these kings are men ruling through the power of Satan. No mam lives 2000 years, but this spirit within them does! Selah! This spirit of Satan to rule in man in the fullness of this power cannot occur until a short period just before the Lord's second coming.

Revelation 17:10

• "And there are seven kings: five are fallen, and one is, and the other is not yet come; and when he cometh, he must continue a short space."

The 10 kings arise as part of the final rule of Satan depicted in the image. They rule 1 hour (a short period) with this final manifestation of this Beast's power. As also seen in Revelation 20 of Satan being loosed a short period. Then Satan will be allowed to move these kings be seated and rule one hour, which is this little season before God's judgment. When Satan is loosed (by God), he musters this army and gives them this power of Antichrist, unto judgment. For God has always brought judgment on His people first! This always has to do with HIS CONGERGATION. Not Roman empire. Not gothic Empire. Not Papacy. But His NEW TESTAMENT CONGREGATION!

Jeremiah 25:29

• "For, lo, I begin to bring evil on the city which is called by my name, and should ye be utterly unpunished? Ye shall not be unpunished: for I will call for a sword upon all the inhabitants of the earth, saith the LORD of hosts."

Christians who think the Church can never be judged just because she is God's congregation, are not reading scriptures carefully. Or not seeing what they are reading. One or the other.

As for the imagery symbols, the number 10 in scripture signifies the fullness of whatever is in view, the horns in scripture signify power, and that these horns are kings signify they rule. And so the 10 Horns/kings will be given full Power/to Rule in the Church to fulfill God's will against rebellion. But their power or influence and authority is from the beast, not the Cherubim. They rule in the Churches by the spirit of Antichrist, not Christ. But ultimately we read that it is God who has sent them as judgment. As He has done to His congregation many times before.

Ezekiel 9:6

• "Slay utterly old and young, both maids, and little children, and women: but come not near any man upon whom is the mark; and begin at my sanctuary. Then they began at the ancient men which were before the house."

So it will be when the Church is judged. Those with the mark of God's name spiritually written in their foreheads will be spared, but all Israel without it shall be as Babylon and made desolate.

Only those with the wisdom of Christ be able to understand it. Not high school history book.

When the Roman Empire collapsed, out of its head, the western part of the empire, arose 10 nations
