The vials in relation to the trumpets.

5th Seal -- souls under the altar in heaven ask "how long?" They are told to wait until their brethren on earth are killed as they were for giving a Testimony. -- pointing to the time Jesus warned us about being delivered up to give a Testimony for Him, and to not premeditate what we will say in that hour, but to speak what The Holy Spirit gives us to speak. This is about the manifesting of the true cloven tongue again of Pentecost, when everyone present heard in their own language dialect of birth. This witness will go out to all nations and peoples (also see Joel 2).

5th Trumpet -- 1st Woe (I think it easier to show the actual verses on this):

Rev 9:1-3
9:1 And the fifth angel sounded, and I saw a star fall from heaven unto the earth: and to him was given the key of the bottomless pit.

2 And he opened the bottomless pit; and there arose a smoke out of the pit, as the smoke of a great furnace; and the sun and the air were darkened by reason of the smoke of the pit.

3 And there came out of the smoke locusts upon the earth: and unto them was given power, as the scorpions of the earth have power.

The star falling from heaven points to Satan. In Luke 10:18, Jesus said He saw Satan as lightning fall from heaven (also see Rev.12:7 forward). These locusts represent a nation, a people, Christ's enemy on earth. This locust symbol for the end was first given in the Book of Joel...

Joel 1:4-7
4 That which the palmerworm hath left hath the locust eaten; and that which the locust hath left hath the cankerworm eaten; and that which the cankerworm hath left hath the caterpiller eaten.

5 Awake, ye drunkards, and weep; and howl, all ye drinkers of wine, because of the new wine; for it is cut off from your mouth.

6 For a nation is come up upon My land, strong, and without number, whose teeth are the teeth of a lion, and he hath the cheek teeth of a great lion.

So the locusts are not real locust insects, but a symbol for a certain nation or peoples that come upon God's lands, meaning the holy land.

Rev 9:4-6
4 And it was commanded them that they should not hurt the grass of the earth, neither any green thing, neither any tree; but only those men which have not the seal of God in their foreheads.

5 And to them it was given that they should not kill them, but that they should be tormented five months: and their torment was as the torment of a scorpion, when he striketh a man.

6 And in those days shall men seek death, and shall not find it; and shall desire to die, and death shall flee from them.

The locusts are not allowed to hurt the grass or any green thing, which is a direct giveaway that God is not talking about real locust insects here, but only using them as a symbol for how His enemies in this time attack His land and His people. The locusts can only hurt those men not sealed with God's Seal in the forehead (your mind). And they can't kill them, but only sting them like a scorpion does for five months. Men will want to die but will not be able to.

A real scorpion has no digestive system. It stings its prey making it numb. The scorpion then regurgitates digestive fluid into the victim's mouth and the insides of the victim turns to mush. Then the scorpion sucks up the mush. That is how God is using the idea of a scorpion 'spiritually' attacking those not sealed with God's Word by The Holy Spirit.

Rev 9:7
7 And the shapes of the locusts were like unto horses prepared unto battle; and on their heads were as it were crowns like gold, and their faces were as the faces of men.

Not real locusts at all we see. They had faces of men meaning they were men. They come riding on horses prepared for battle. And the crowns they wore were LIKE gold, meaning only appeared as gold, but not of real gold. The idea is about fakes.

Rev 9:8
8 And they had hair as the hair of women, and their teeth were as the teeth of lions.

Hair of women is put for softness, gentleness. They attack spiritually like a lion does its prey using gentleness and softness, sweetness, to lure you and deceive you. Smooth talkers, gainsayers.

Rev 9:9
9 And they had breastplates, as it were breastplates of iron; and the sound of their wings was as the sound of chariots of many horses running to battle.

Since this attack is mainly spiritual, these locusts are wearing the breastplates of the priest, but these are of iron and not like the beautiful priest breastplate with precious jewels. They are on horses prepared for battle.

Rev 9:10
10 And they had tails like unto scorpions, and there were stings in their tails: and their power was to hurt men five months.

Again we are reminded these locusts attack like scorpions and are given power to hurt men for five months.

Rev 9:11-12
11 And they had a king over them, which is the angel of the bottomless pit, whose name in the Hebrew tongue is Abaddon, but in the Greek tongue hath his name Apollyon.
12 One woe is past; and, behold, there come two woes more hereafter.

The angel of the bottomless pit, that is Satan himself. One of his many titles is The Destroyer, which is what "Abaddon" and "Apollyon" mean. Satan is king over that locust army that is coming in the last days. In the Book of Joel, you will discover that God calls this locust army His army that He sends upon His people in the last days, and there He tells you why, and what recompense to His people He will do afterwards. So this event also serves as a type of purge also upon the rebellious of His deceived people.


5th Vial -- poured out upon the seat of the beast; his kingdom full of darkness; gnawed their tongues in pain; blasphemed God because of their sores and repented not. ---- this goes well with the locusts stinging on the 5th trumpet because those not sealed with God's Seal have to endure five months of being stung, and have to deal with the pain, not being able to die. The one-world kingdom having been setup will be full of darkness.

6th Seal (Part A) -- great earthquake, sun became black, moon became as blood. Stars of heaven fell unto the earth as a fig tree casts its untimely figs when shaken by wind. --- This part A is about the start of the time of "great tribulation" Jesus warned of in His Olivet Discourse. In Rev.12:7-9 after the war in Heaven between Michael and his angels against Satan and his angels, Satan and his are cast down to this earth. That is this event of the stars of heaven falling to earth in the last days. At that point Satan and his angels will not be allowed to appear in heaven any longer. The untimely figs idea is about the winter fig in fig tree horticulture. It grows in the winter, it's an early fig, but it falls off in the spring, so it's kind of like a spurious fig. Satan will be the coming Antichrist to sit in another temple in Jerusalem and play God. He will be a 'spurious' messiah, like an untimely fig.


6th Trumpet --- the four angels bound at the river Euphrates are loosed. They were prepared for an hour, a day, a month, and a year, meaning for a specific time. They are to slay the third part of men. Their number is 200 million. --- The slaying is spiritual, not flesh death, but death of one's soul, a spiritual death. This is when Satan is loosed upon the earth with his angels per Rev.12:7 forward. Euphrates in God's Word represents the border between Satan's host and God's lands and people. On this 6th trumpet that border is opened.

This is the locust army of the previous mention on the 5th trumpet fully... loosed for a specific time on earth, i.e., the tribulation time. Out of their mouths issued fire and brimstone. This is about the spiritual attack by the locust army. Their power is in their MOUTHS, meaning the smooth talking deceptions they present appearing soft and gentle like the hair of women like from the 5th trumpet. These are about Satan's ministers of light Paul warned us about in 2 Cor.11.

Rev 9:20-21
20 And the rest of the men which were not killed by these plagues yet repented not of the works of their hands, that they should not worship devils, and idols of gold, and silver, and brass, and stone, and of wood: which neither can see, nor hear, nor walk:
21 Neither repented they of their murders, nor of their sorceries, nor of their fornication, nor of their thefts.

Very difficult verse for many. But keep in mind this attack is mainly a spiritual attack, because back on the 5th trumpet the locusts were told they cannot hurt what? They cannot hurt any green thing but only those not sealed with God's Seal. And then they can only 'sting' them for five months. That stinging like a scorpion represents the sting of deception to fall for their king who comes, i.e., Satan as the pseudo-Christ. It is not about a literal military army, but the locust army God showed in the Book of Joel. In Joel God even said they will creep in through the windows of your house! It's about their sneakiness of throwing out deceptions, not literal killing. So these rest of the men which were not killed (spiritually), who are they? It should be easy. These are the earthly servants of the locusts.

6th Vial -- vial poured out upon Euphrates river; water dried up preparing the way of the kings of the east; 3 unclean spirits out of the MOUTH of the dragon and beast and false prophet; they are spirits of devils working MIRACLES; kings of the earth gathered to battle. Jesus then says He comes "as a thief" warning His Church still on earth. ---

Like the 6th trumpet, the Euphrates border is opened. The "dragon" is another title used for Satan (Rev.12:9). He also is the "another beast" of Rev.13:11 that speaks as a dragon. He is to work miracles and great wonders when he appears on earth after being booted out of heaven by Michael. He is the one our Lord Jesus warned us about that if possible, would deceive even His own very elect by those signs and wonders he will work on earth to deceive with (Matt.24:23-26). That gathering of the kings is in prep for the battle of Armageddon on the final 7th Vial.

Because our Lord Jesus warned His Church on earth on this 6th Vial that He comes "as a thief", it means His return to gather us is still not going to occur all the way to this 6th Vial. It will not occur on this 6th Vial either. It will occur on the upcoming 7th Vial; His pointer to coming "as a thief" is about the events of the "day of the Lord" which will occur upon this earth very quickly on the last day, God's consuming fire burning man's works off this earth (2 Pet.3:10).

Thus we have the devil and his angels coming to this earth at the very end of this world on the 6th Seal, 6th Trumpet, and 6th Vial, the 666.

6th Seal (Part B) - heaven departed like rolling up a scroll; every mountain and island moved out of its place; mighty men hide in the dens and rocks of the mountains saying for the rocks to 'fall on us' and hide us from the face of Him That sits on the throne, and from The Lamb's wrath, for the day of His wrath has come. ---

That is about events on the final day of this world, the "day of the Lord". That is when God's consuming fire will burn up the wicked armies on earth with Christ's coming and valleys in Jerusalem moved by Christ's feet touching down upon the Mount of Olives where He ascended to Heaven from (Zech.14; Acts 1). These are events that parallel the final sign Jesus gave about His coming in His Olivet Discourse of Matt.24 and Mark 13.


7th Trumpet -- (the events in Rev.11:1-14 are included within the 6th trumpet - 2nd Woe period. They include events to occur in Jerusalem with the 3rd temple that will be built, and God's two witnesses being sent to prophesy against them for 1260 days, and killed at the end of their testimony. they rise after laying in the street 3.5 days, and a great earthquake happens in Jerusalem.)

Per Rev.11:15 when the 7th trumpet sounds, great voices in heaven proclaim at that point all the kingdoms of this world then become those of The Father and His Son Jesus Christ, and He shall reign forever.

That hour also is the time of The Lamb's wrath spoken of in the latter part of the 6th Seal. His full wrath is poured out upon the wicked on earth on the last day of this world, ending this present world. This is also the time Jesus gathers His Church. At this time also is the time of rewards handed out to Christ's servants.


7th Vial -- poured out into the 'air', not the earth, which is important. Voice from the throne saying, "It is done". Great earthquake happens. City of Jerusalem divided into 3 parts, cities of the nations fall. Every island fled and mountains not found. Great hail falls upon the wicked.

It's these events on the latter part of the 6th Seal, on the 7th Trumpet, and on the 7th Vial that will truly end this present world, destroying it along with man's works off the earth. Like the end of Hebrews 12, it will remove those things that are shaken, as things that are made, that those things which cannot be shaken may remain. It will establish Christ's Kingdom on earth over all peoples, a Kingdom that cannot be moved.
