It was a beautiful morning that Kaitlin woke up to. It was almost New Years. She looked outside to see the deserted streets and wondered what was going on. This was New York. There was no one? A few here and there... even if everyone was gathered at time square there still should be a few hundred outside her window. She did live in downtown. She rushed downstairs. nothing. she ran outside. nothing. What was going on?
