The promise of eternal salvation and never be seperated from God

John 3:15-16 That whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have eternal life. For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

John 10:28-30 And I give them eternal life, and they shall never perish; neither shall anyone snatch them out of My hand. My Father, who has given them to Me, is greater than all; and no one is able to snatch them out of My Father’s hand.

Romans 8:38-39 For I am persuaded that neither death nor life, nor angels nor e principalities nor powers, nor things present nor things to come, nor height nor depth, nor any other created thing, shall be able to separate us from the love of God which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

The promise of eternal condemnation for receiving the Mark of the Beast

Revelation 14:9-11 Then a third angel followed them, saying with a loud voice, “If anyone worships the beast and his image, and receives his mark on his forehead or on his hand, he himself shall also drink of the wine of the wrath of God, which is poured out full strength into the cup of His indignation. He shall be tormented with fire and brimstone in the presence of the holy angels and in the presence of the Lamb. And the smoke of their torment ascends forever and ever; and they have no rest day or night, who worship the beast and his image, and whoever receives the mark of his name.”

What happen if a Christian who is saved eternally receives the Mark of the Beast? It will result in conflict for God's promise of eternal salvation and eternal condemnation. This will put God in dilemma because he cannot go back on his word or lie. And it is because this reason, we have assurance of our eternal salvation through the finished work of Jesus Christ.

Hebrews 6:18 That by two immutable things, in which it was impossible for God to lie, we might have a strong consolation, who have fled for refuge to lay hold upon the hope set before us.

How can God prevent this dilemma from happening? It is possible if the Church is no longer physically on earth before the anti-Christ implement the Mark of the Beast. The rapture of the Church is the event that will prevent the conflict of God's promises. The removal of the restrainer is the removal of the Church (Holy Spirit and Temple). Christians sealed with the Holy Spirit and each christian is a temple for the Holy Spirit.

2 Thessalonians 2: 7-8 For the mystery of lawlessness is already at work; only He who now restrains will do so until He is taken out of the way. And then the lawless one will be revealed, whom the Lord will consume with the breath of His mouth and destroy with the brightness of His coming.

1 Thessalonians 4:16-17 For the Lord Himself will descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of an archangel, and with the trumpet of God. And the dead in Christ will rise first. Then we who are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. And thus we shall always be with the Lord. Therefore comfort one another with these words.

Conclusion: The rapture of the Church must happen before or immediately before the implementation of the Mark of the Beast. During Convid19 pandemic, ideas similiar to the Mark of the Beast has been implemented as a means for contact-tracing. I believe it will evolve into the true Mark of the Beast soon.

You are correct there.

If you subscribed to a doctrine that believers could lose their salvation due to things they either do or don't do, you will take it from Hebrews to Revelations, the tribulation period.

If you instead subscribed to OSAS, you will take it from Romans to Philemon, where the grace dispensation is in effect.

Not so.

Not at all Christians who claimed to be Christians are "true" Christians.

Mat 7:22 Many will say to Me on that day, ‘Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in Your name, and in Your name drive out demons and perform many miracles?’ 23Then I will tell them plainly, ‘I never knew you; depart from Me, you workers of lawlessness!’

The tribulation is where you separate the goats from the lambs, and the wheat from the tares. They look like Christians, talk like Christians, behave like Christians, go to church like Christians, but they are not Christians at all. The tribulation will purify Christianity like gold in a furnace as there are still a lot of impurities that cling on to it until you get pure gold. The impure ones will be discarded and burned to ashes, like tares during the harvest.

But, the pretib Christians don't have to worry about this as they will be raptured to heaven. We will just have to collect all the clothes, shoes, watches, etc. that were left behind and distribute it to our brothers and sisters who will badly need it during the tribulation as nobody will hire us and we can't buy food or basic necessities without the mark. Maybe, we can barter it for the things we need.

You, as many futurists, are incorrect in reading the Revelation.

Revelation 14:9-11 Then a third angel followed them, saying with a loud voice, “If anyone worships the beast and his image, and receives his mark

The main thing is worshipping the beast, which is impossible for a Christian to do. Therefore the situation you postulate cannot happen.

You cannot receive the mark of the beast and not worship the beast. These two things are related. The mark of the beast is not some kind of magic that takes away salvation, the worshipping of the false gods - the beast, for example - makes you unsaved.

Christians are purified by fire, but after this they will be saved. This is real fire and many of them cannot imagine what pain it is. But God want so and who can stop him?

Yes, i agree that this potential contradiction in scripture s supports a rapture before the mark of the beast.

The mark of the beast are those who worship the beast (out of fear and/or out of deception) ... the beast is a false religious system ... the mark are the ones who follow the false teachings of the beast.

The promise of eternal salvation and never be seperated from God
The promise of eternal condemnation for receiving the Mark of the Beast

Two great promises from God.
God does not contradict himself or cause his servants to do so.
Which means there is one possible explanation.

Your understanding is incorrect about what the Bible is saying.

There is no conflict regardless of a rapture. God can keep His child. There is no question about it.

It sounds a bit like the saying: "all that glitters is not gold; and gold glitters, therefore gold is not gold". One can prove most anything by taking words out of context. People like to do that all the time with the Bible.

I do not subscribed to believers can lose their salvation. I believe in once saved forever saved.
If you believe that salvation can be lose, then you are saying that we have to add our works to Jesus' sacrifice in order to be saved. Do not cheapen the sacrifice of Jesus by adding human works to it.

Two great promises from God.
God does not contradict himself or cause his servants to do so.
Which means there is one possible explanation.

Your understanding is incorrect about what the Bible is saying.
There is no confusion. There is a contradiction if the rapture is removed from the equation.

There are many ways to account for these verses, the basic principle remains, if one's understanding implies there is a contradiction, it is one's understanding that is wrong.

There is no contradiction, and Revelation 13 strongly indicates that believers will be in the world when the beast is here. It does not imply that believers will worship the beast and consequently receive the mark. Very likely the church will be underground at that time.

I don't see 'the Church' being 'underground', but some who will then believe who never heard of God may be troubled --yet preserved (not the Church). The redeemed of God --the "Bride" (Church) will come with the Lord Jesus --as in Rev. 19 as He begins to conquer and reign (those saved in this age who were raptured up from the world before the Tribulation begins) ---speaking of the Millennium. It is good to get Revelation in a proper sequence, and I have a paper on that if one is interested, and will write me.

Thank you DebbieJ, you beat me to it.

I see that many are concerned with the promises of God but are many living in keeping with the promises of God ?

Apostle Peter have spoken about the promises of God :
His divine power has GRANTED to us all things that PERTAIN TO LIFE and GODLINESS, through the knowledge of him who called us to his own glory and excellence, -2 Peter 1:3

by which He has GRANTED to us HIS PRECIOUS and VERY GREAT PROMISES, so that through them you may become PARTAKERS of the DIVINE NATURE, having escaped from the corruption that is in the world because of sinful desire. -2 Peter 1:4

For in this way there will be richly provided for you an entrance into the eternal kingdom of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. -2 Peter 1:11

The important question is have we appropriated God’s promises that the apostle Peter have spoken:

Have we found the knowledge of God that we may receive all things that pertain to life and godliness?

Have we appropriated God’s promises by being becoming partakers of the divine nature ?

When the mark of the Beast is implemented or how you should respond when you know before or after the rapture is not important!

Is it not better to heed what apostle Peter have said :
Therefore, brothers, be all the more diligent to confirm your calling and election, for if you practice these qualities you will never fall. -2 Peter 1:10

Let us better understand these qualities that apostle Peter have spoken, and let us be found diligent practicing these qualities.
THEREFORE, WE WILL NEVER FALL !
