Well currently i have a Stash's lemon/ginger tea bag in a mug with honey.

I found loose has more flavor, am enjoying a pot of young pu-erh.

I use both. There are days I just can't be bothered with loose when I'm sick and I can't taste anything then anyway. But on my good days, I really enjoy loose. Definitely more flavourful.
