It's raining and a relatively mild morning...ever notice how a slow, gentle, steady rain has a 'quieting' effect? What completes it is the far off sound of a train whistle....

the whole effect is quite surreal and quite lovely and quite indescribable...it stirs my soul

that's quite surreal, isn't it?

speaking of delicious....did yu ever, when yu were very small, wonder why cows ate clover? Well i did...when i was about 4, i decided to find out for myself what it tasted like. So i found some 'clover' and ate a couple of sprigs. Only thing, it wasn't clover, it was chickweed. And it wasn't bad. It had a 'tartness' to it, which i found out many years later, is the vitamin c in it.

My first taste of Doritos corn chips? Ugh. Didn't like them. Same with cantaloupe. Actually the cantaloupe made me vomit. But choc'late? Hey, we've always been friends.

First taste of a Mary Sue Dk chocolate covered coconut cream egg? Oooooo it was love at first bite.

I used to looooove peanut butter. So one day at about 8 yrs old, i take a jar of it in the basement and eat it till it's comin' outta my ears. I got sooooo sick. i avoided the stuff for years.

I used to love Mary Janes until i was happily chompin' the stuff and it pulled a filling outta my tooth. i was about 10. Haven't eaten the stuff since.

This has been fun. Don't'cha love threads that are sort'a forgotten about and then you find them again?

hee hee
