The scriptures are written by the Spirit.
2 Samuel 23:
1 Now these are the last words of David.
Thus says David the son of Jesse;
Thus says the man raised up on high,
The anointed of the God of Jacob,
And the sweet psalmist of Israel:
2 The Spirit of the Lord spoke by me,
And His word was on my tongue.
2 Timothy 3:16 All Scripture is given by inspiration of God,
and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction,
for instruction in righteousness
To teach correctly is to teach by the Spirit.
John 6:63 It is the Spirit who gives life; the flesh profits nothing.
The words that I speak to you are spirit, and they are life.
How then does the Spirit teach?
How does He lead us into all Truth?
By what scripturally based principle?
2 Corinthians 13:1 "By the mouth of two or three witnesses
every word shall be established.”
Isaiah 8:20 To the law and to the testimony!
If they do not speak according to this word,
it is because no light is in them.
Sound teaching provides verses on that subject
from Pentatauch, Prophets, Psalms, Gospels, Apostolic Doctrine,
at least 3, sometimes more.
The scriptures can be knit together like a three corded rope.
This has already been thoroughly explained,
and is the basis for sound comprehension,
of rightly dividing the Word Of Truth, by the Spirit of Truth.
1 Corinthians 2:
9 But as it is written:
Eyes have not seen, nor ear heard,
Nor have entered into the heart of man
The things which God has prepared for
those who love Him.
10 But God has revealed them to us through His Spirit.
For the Spirit searches all things, yes, the deep things of God.
11 For what man knows the things of a man except the spirit
of the man which is in him? Even so no one knows the things of God
except the Spirit of God.
12 Now we have received, not the spirit of the world,
but the Spirit who is from God, that we might know the things
that have been freely given to us by God.
13 These things we also speak, not in words which man’s wisdom
teaches but which the Holy Spirit teaches, comparing spiritual things with spiritual.
14 But the natural man does not receive the things of the Spirit of God, for they are foolishness to him; nor can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned.
15 But he who is spiritual judges all things, yet he himself is rightly judged by no one.
16 For who has known the mind of the Lord that he may instruct Him? But we have the mind of Christ.

7 But if the ministry of death, written and engraved on stones, was glorious, so that the children of Israel could not look steadily at the face of Moses because of the glory of his countenance, which glory was passing away,
8 how will the ministry of the Spirit not be more glorious?
9 For if the ministry of condemnation had glory, the ministry of righteousness exceeds much more in glory.
10 For even what was made glorious had no glory in this respect, because of the glory that excels.
11 For if what is passing away was glorious, what remains is much more glorious.
12 Therefore, since we have such hope, we use great boldness of speech—
13 unlike Moses, who put a veil over his face so that the children of Israel could not look steadily at the end of what was passing away.
14 But their minds were blinded. For until this day the same veil remains unlifted in the reading of the Old Testament, because the veil is taken away in Christ.
15 But even to this day, when Moses is read, a veil lies on their heart.
16 Nevertheless when one turns to the Lord, the veil is taken away.
17 Now the Lord is the Spirit; and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty.
18 But we all, with unveiled face, beholding as in a mirror the glory of the Lord, are being transformed into the same image from glory to glory, just as by the Spirit of the Lord.
