Numbers 23:21 He has not observed iniquity in Jacob,
Nor has He seen wickedness in Israel.
The Lord his God is with him,
And the shout of a King is among them.

Teruah [H8643] a great shout
The Psalmist declares there is a blessing upon the people who know the Teruah

Psalm 89:15 Blessed are the people who know the joyful sound!
They walk, O Lord, in the light of Your countenance.

This joyful sound is found in Victory, on the field of battle
Joshua 6:5 It shall come to pass, when they make a long blast with the ram’s horn,
and when you hear the sound of the trumpet, that all the people shall shout with a
great shout
; then the wall of the city will fall down flat. And the people shall go up
every man straight before him.

1 Samuel 4:5 And when the ark of the covenant of the Lord came into the camp,
all Israel shouted so loudly that the earth shook.

So, what is this great shout? Have you experienced this as a move of the Spirit?
Is there a name, an attribute, a short prayer that is shouted?
Is the shout of a King an utterance provided by the Holy Spirit as the conditions warrant?
How can the people of God experience more of this blessing, that they may walk in
the light of the countenance of God?

This reminds me of the fall of Jericho. At the end after walking around Jericho the Israelites gave a great shout and blasted on their trumpets or horns. There is the shofar, a long horn used for religious ceremonies among Jews/Hebrews/Israelites, that could have been used. There were some righteous kings in the Bible. King David, his son King Solomon, King Hezekiah, King Josiah, King Jehoshaphat, King Asa, King Joash or Jehoash, there were a few righteous kings but unfortunately a lot of Biblical kings were wicked and ungodly, idol worshipers. There was Darius the Mede, Cyrus the great, Beltashazzar, Nebudcadnezer, and Xerxes. Most of these kings were around Daniel's time, except for King Xerxes who was Esther's husband. I wish there were better, more righteous godly kings.

Didn't know Xerxes was Esther's husband...good insight if this is true...I'll have to look at this!
Thank you!

Psalms 47:
1
Oh, clap your hands, all you peoples!
Shout to God with the voice of triumph!
2 For the Lord Most High is awesome;
He is a great King over all the earth.
3 He will subdue the peoples under us,
And the nations under our feet.
4 He will choose our inheritance for us,
The excellence of Jacob whom He loves. Selah
5 God has gone up with a shout,
The Lord with the sound of a trumpet.
6 Sing praises to God, sing praises!
Sing praises to our King, sing praises!
7 For God is the King of all the earth;
Sing praises with understanding.
8 God reigns over the nations;
God sits on His holy throne.
9 The princes of the people have gathered together,
The people of the God of Abraham.
For the shields of the earth belong to God;
He is greatly exalted.
