1 Corinthians 6:3 Do you not know that we shall judge angels?
How much more, things that pertain to this life?

On what basis and in what manner will the saints judge angels?
I don't know...?

But you did notice that it does not say the "self-righteous" right...?

God Bless!

They certainly do not judge the unfallen ones---no need to. They are unfallen. But the fallen ones will have all their deeds revealed. There are those who posed as humans to deceive, whatever they did, the saints will see why God rejected them. The saints and the unfallen ones will also see how God tried to reason with them at the beginning but they refused. The point is, we all will see the justice of God in what He does.

Yes. We would need a better definition of a saint. How about 'the hated ones'?

John 15:
18
If the world hates you, you know that it hated Me before it hated you.
19 If you were of the world, the world would love its own. Yet because you are not of the world,
but I chose you out of the world, therefore the world hates you.

And no, self-loathing won't cut it. :)

On the basis that God will let us do it.

Any further inquiries into this matter will result in vain talk.
Is this an example of vain talk, or just a bad testimony?
Matthew 25:
24
Then he who had received the one talent came and said,
Lord, I knew you to be a hard man, reaping where you have not sown,
and gathering where you have not scattered seed.
25 And I was afraid, and went and hid your talent in the ground.
Look, there you have what is yours.
If the saints are witnesses, then their testimony will either establish
a basis for judging the nations
and the angels, or it will be as you say...
