I said that he seems to be. He might not, but the fact that Mueller apparently withheld evidence from the defense makes me think that it was something that wasn't of little importance.

I’m going to go out on a limb here and say I think there’s practically no chance Flynn is going to withdraw his plea and plunge his son into the legal firing line. We’ll see though.

It will depend upon the contents of the stuff Mueller withheld. Although I have a problem with the situation with his son to begin with. It smacks of legal blackmail, and the son should be charged or not based upon his actions, and not whether his dad pleads guilty.

I checked, and it is.
