The Spirit of faith.

Hello. I guess that means you answer those questions.

When you say God is life do you mean

God is the condition that distinguishes animals and plants from inorganic matter, including the capacity for growth, reproduction, functional activity, and continual change preceding death.
  1. "the origins of life"
synonyms: existence, being, living, animation, aliveness, animateness; More

  2. 2.
the existence of an individual human being or animal.

Now why does scripture say "Ye are gods to whom THE WORD of GOD has come?"
Not quite both in Psalms 82 and when Jesus quoted Psalms 82, it says,
Psalms 82:6-7
(6) I have said, Ye are gods; and all of you are children of the most High.
(7) But ye shall die like men, and fall like one of the princes.
God only said they were Elohim, if they were actually Elohim with deity like powers they would not have died as the men they actually were.

How can a Spirit be a person?

A Person is a Someone. There are Three Divine Someones: The Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit.

The Father is a Person because He is Someone, He is Someone in relation to the Son and the Holy Spirit; specifically He is the Father of the Son. Even as the Son is a Someone in relation to the Father and the Holy Spirit, He is the Son of the Father. And, likewise, the Holy Spirit is Someone in relation to the Father and the Son, He is the Spirit of the Father and the Son.

The Father is unbegotten, but has begotten the Son, and of the Father the Spirit has His procession.
The Son is only-begotten, begotten of the Father.
The Holy Spirit proceeds from the Father [and the Son].

Three Someones. Each a distinct Someone, because Each relates to the Other. There is real, actual relationship within the Undivided Being of God.

Indeed, in this relating, each Someone is Himself God; for the Father is God from none, the Son is God from the Father, and the Holy Spirit is God from the Father [and the Son]. Each is God, fully and truly God--the one and only God. And as Each inhabits and relates with the Other, each is God. The Father is God, the Son is God, and the Holy Spirit is God: One God. The Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit are one God. Co-Eternal, Consubstantial, equal in majesty, equal in glory, equal in Deity, of one Being.

One God, Holy Trinity. Which the one and only Christian and apostolic Church founded by Jesus Christ confesses without compromise.

In my spare time, with a little help from my friends, I looked up this information on the Holy Spirit.
…..Personal characteristics of the Holy Spirit, Access to God, Anoints for Service, Assures, Authors Scripture, Baptizes, Believers Born of, Calls and Commissions, Cleanses, Comforts, Communion with believers, Convicts of sin, Counsels, Creates, Empowers, Empowers Believers, Fellowship with believers, Fills, Prohibits actions, Gives gifts, Glorifies Christ, Guides in truth, Helps our weakness, Indwells believers, Inspires prayer, Intercedes, Interprets Scripture, Leads, Liberates, Molds Character, Produces fruit, Raises from the dead, Regenerates, Reveals, Sanctifies, Seals, Sends, Sent, Strengthens, Testifies of Jesus, Victory over flesh, Warns, Worship helper
The Holy Spirit
…..The Holy Spirit is the third person in the Trinity. He is fully God. He is eternal, omniscient, omnipresent, omnipotent, has a distinct will, a distinct mind, a distinct self, and can speak. He is alive. He is a person. He is not particularly visible in the Bible because His ministry is to bear witness of Jesus (John 15:26).
…..Some heterodox religious groups such as the Jehovah's Witnesses, etc., claim e.g. that the Holy Spirit is nothing but an impersonal force (Reasoning from the Scriptures, 1985, pp. 406-407). This is totally false. If the Holy Spirit was merely an impersonal force or power, He could not speak (Acts 13:2); He could not be grieved (Eph 4:30); and He would not have a will (1 Cor 12:11), a self, (John 16:13), or a mind, (Rom 8:27).
…..There are, at least, seventy three (73) personal characteristics or attributes, listed in scripture for the Holy Spirit and He is a person the same as the Father and the Son are, within the Trinity.

There is the one being who is God. Yahweh is that being, the self-existing necessary being, the Creator. The heavenly Father, the Logos, and the Spirit of God are together, while distinct in relation to each other, without division the one God and in complete unity one being. There is no other real God, see Isaiah 41, 42, and 43

God is not a Son He is a Father.
True or false?
God is not a Son He is the Father of a Son.
True or false?
Here's the summary of what Christians believe. Read it and get back to us.

I believe in one God, the Father almighty,
maker of heaven and earth, of all things visible and invisible.

I believe in one Lord Jesus Christ, the Only Begotten Son of God,
born of the Father before all ages.
God from God, Light from Light, true God from true God,
begotten, not made, consubstantial with the Father;
through him all things were made.

For us men and for our salvation he came down from heaven,
and by the Holy Spirit was incarnate of the Virgin Mary,
and became man.

For our sake he was crucified under Pontius Pilate,
he suffered death and was buried, and rose again on the third day
in accordance with the Scriptures.

He ascended into heaven and is seated at the right hand of the Father.

He will come again in glory
to judge the living and the dead
and his kingdom will have no end.

I believe in the Holy Spirit, the Lord, the giver of life,
who proceeds from the Father and the Son,
who with the Father and the Son is adored and glorified,
who has spoken through the prophets.

I believe in one, holy, catholic and apostolic Church.

I confess one Baptism for the forgiveness of sins
and I look forward to the resurrection of the dead
and the life of the world to come.

Amen.

If Jesus was to be Emmanuel
then why is his name not Emmanuel?

Seriously you people are in deep denial of the truth.
Looks like we don't follow the same religion you do. Yours appears to be more an offshoot of Judaism than Christiaity.
