You might be interested in the stats in this Pew Research study on voting habits in the last election. It confirms what I heard about Georgia, where black voters were less likely to vote by mail in ballot. This seems to stem from a distrust that their vote will be processed if mailed in.

This last comment seems rather disingenuous from someone who accused me of being misled by people who understand statistics better than the average person.
