Of course we in the time of the Pale horse—and the black horse—and the red horse. These three, God has allowed to try and stop the advance of the gospel (the white horse and rider) and were all opened at the time Jesus sent out the early church to make disciples of all nations.
God allowed Satan to try and stop the advance of the gospel, using wars, famines, pestilences and wild beasts - but God limited them in their theater of operations to only one fourth of the earth - the one forth centered on Jerusalem. We have been living in the time of wars, rumors of wars, earthquakes, pestilences etc. It is the church age.
