This video claims we are in the Pale Horse. What do you think?

Here’s what I think, after 6 months when a quarter of the world’s population hasn’t died, we can declare him a false prophet. Until then he’s just another person making a prediction.

Live every day for the Lord, none of us are guaranteed to be alive tomorrow.

Welcome to the forum, Rick.

Regarding the video, no, he is wrong. The rider on the pale horse takes place during the great tribulation. None of the riders have begun yet.

The first rider, on the white horse, is given a crown. That crown is that he becomes the King of Israel, coming in his own name, as the Antichrist.

Please, go to this thread and my post #85 for the sequence of events to look for.

Does the Book of Revelation repeat itself?

Where does it say in the bible that these things happen in the great tribulation? It does not! I assume that you are taking about the forth seal in revelation chapter six. This occurs as part of a sequence of events, we art to watch and see the sequence of events being fulfilled, so that we will recognise what is happening.

Why do you thnk that God reveals these events ahead of time to us? Is it not so taht we will know that these thing happen as part of His will and purpose? Do you not think that God has made provision in His will and purpose for those who are His? Have you not read in His word, that we as God's people are not appointed to wrath?

The pale horse is the forth horse in revelation chapter six, we are told that one forth of mankind will be killed by the sword, famine, pestilance and the beasts of the earth, but in Job chapter five we are told, that He shall deliver thee in six troubles: yea in seven there shall no evil touch thee. In famine He shall redeem thee from death: and in war from the power of the sword. Thou shalt be hid from the scoure of the tongue: neither shall thou be afraid of destruction when it cometh. At destruction and famine thou shalt laugh: neither shalt thou be afraid of the beasts of the earth. (Job 5:19 to 22).

We live in an age where so many people like to think that that their own interpretation of what the bible says must be true, but what they think that the bible says is not actually what the bible says! Siince the bible does not say that the forth seal occurs during the great tribulation, then the forth seal does not necessarily occur during the time of the great tibulation at all. We need to know what the scripture say and we need to watch and be ready!

Read your bible, especally the old testament end times prophecies as well as those in the new testament. These are times of confusion and deception, when we need to know what the bible says, not what some men think that it says!

The scripture does not say the angel of God riding on the Pale Horse kills a quarter of the earth's population; the scripture says the angle is given authority over a quarter of the earth, to kill ( as the angel deems necessary); they do not have to all die. Zechariah tells us about the horses and their riders, they the observe, judge and react as required.

From Zechariah, we learn that the people (a quarter of the world) under judgement are the enemies of God's people. China is about a quarter of the earth's population; although the enemy of God's people is more likely Rome (us) so we the church need to be sanctified and not be the prostitute riding on the beasts back.

I believe the Pale Horse has been riding for 2000 years, but the fifth seal is still in the future.

I'm pretty sure that it says they have power to kill a fourth part of the earth.

Good point!

No, the scripture is clear that one fourth of the population are killed during the Pale Horse.
That's what I thought, but Did not recheck it, because the other poster seemed so convinced that they were right. I really should have checked, before replying!

Well I don't believe the seals have been open yet. Christ talks to John about the Church then after those things John is caught up. Then shown what happens next. ;)
Just because John was caught up to heaven to see a vision doesn't mean there is a pretribulation rapture that is a fallacy.

This is some strange logic. If they haven't been opened yet, how does one explain that we know what was written in the sealed book? Clearly, Christ has already opened the sealed book, otherwise it would still be unknown as to what is written in it. For example. Before we get to ch 6, is it already possible to know what is written in the sealed book, meaning via chapters 1-5? No. But once we get to chapter 6, is it then possible to know what was written in the sealed book? Yes. How is that possible unless it was opened first? So, maybe you are meaning none of the events involving any of the seals have come to pass yet? That's different than saying the sealed book hasn't been opened yet when Revelation 6 is undeniably proving that wrong.

It does look like Russia and America are on a path that could very well lead to World War III. China is threatening war too over Taiwan. If World War III comes then likely Russia and China will join against America.

Yes, this is also what I am seeing. If we are headed for WW3 then this could very well be the Pale Horse.

He told them to watch for something He knew they'd never see?

In your mind then, the only disciples that Christ has or ever will have are the ones that lived during the days He lived? Thus, there are no disciples anymore, in any sense.
