Isaiah 53:
1 WHO HATH BELIEVED OUR REPORT ? and to whom is the arm of the Lord revealed ?

2 For He shall grow up before Him as a tender plant, and as a root out of a dry ground: He hath no form nor comeliness; and when we shall see Him, there is no beauty that we should desire Him.

3 He is despised and rejected of men; a man of sorrows, and acquainted with grief: and we hid as it were our faces from Him; He was despised, and we esteemed Him not.

4 ¶ Surely He hath borne our griefs, and carried our sorrows: yet we did esteem Him stricken, smitten of God, and afflicted.

5 But He was wounded for our transgressions, He was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon Him; and with His stripes we are healed.

6 All we like sheep have gone astray; we have turned every one to his own way; and the Lord hath laid on Him the iniquity of us all.

7 He was oppressed, and He was afflicted, yet He opened not his mouth: He is brought as a lamb to the slaughter, and as a sheep before her shearers is dumb, so He openeth not his mouth.

8 He was taken from prison and from judgment: and who shall declare His generation? for He was cut off out of the land of the living: for the transgression of my people was He stricken.

9 And He made His grave with the wicked, and with the rich in His death; because He had done no violence, neither was any deceit in his mouth.

10 Yet it pleased the Lord to bruise Him; He hath put Him to grief: when thou shalt make His soul an offering for sin, He shall see His seed, He shall prolong his days, and the pleasure of the Lord shall prosper in his Hand.

11 He shall see of the travail of his soul, and shall be satisfied: by His knowledge shall my righteous servant justify many; for He shall bear their iniquities.

12 Therefore will I divide Him a portion with the great, and He shall divide the spoil with the strong; because He hath poured out his soul unto death: and He was numbered with the transgressors; and He bare the sin of many, and made intercession for the transgressors.

The Messiah Jesus was rejected by the world because their deeds are evil, and they did not want to come to the light.

Men who love the truth, reject the false teachings of the world (all those opposed to Scripture), because the false teachings of the world are evil, opposed to YHVH.

So what is true is rejected by those in darkness.
And what is false is rejected by those in the light.

YHVH says so, His Word is Truth, and He and His followers do not accept the darkness that is opposed to His Word.

Because people rejected the truth, like you @yeshuaslavejeff and accused and persecuted those with the truth, of being of or from the Devil, like you @yeshuaslavejeff...

God Bless!

You are so far away from Scripture, so far away from any semblance of truth,
as defined and stated all through Scripture. And you practically brag about the false teachings you posted. As if "to help others understand".
That makes no sense . Bye.

Conviction in the soul, is magnified by the walk of those who followed the conviction. The rejection of truth is manifested in the hatred to see it in action in others. Looking past the rejection, and you will see their soul struggle in defiance. Not only have we overcome, but we understand the rejection, rebellion, and the weaknesses, and struggles of those tangled in sin. Rather than let the fiery darts peirce our soul, we should put up the shield of faith, and walk in faith, strong in right, and full of mercy and compassion for those who are still entangled.

@danny ski It carries on with the gospel to this day. In Acts each time they brought it to a new place some accepted it and some got very angry about it. That's why the Apostles got arrested and most also were martyred.

Rejected? Hmm.... A third of the world's population follows Christianity or 2.4 billion. Doesn't sound like a rejection.
Google that statement and look for the truth if you want to.
It is quite a shock to most people.
You might want to use a few other terms, or different terms, in a search,
to narrow down the many results, while searching for the truth.
For instance, include "BIBLE" and "TRUTH" and "True Christians" and "apostasy" for quite different realizations than you have been exposed to.
One thing for everyone to realize - society doesn't tell the truth . Test everything - don't accept anything just because it is normal or accepted in the world....

Following Christianity is not necessarily following him.
Many more follow the teachings they believe are from
Paul than those who follow Yeshua's example.

HE IS the SHEPHERD, remember ?

His sheep hear His Voice and Follow Him, they will not follow another.

Oh, I certainly remember. Yahshua followed YHWH's Torah. If one is following Yahshua; he's following YHWH's Torah.

Do you believe that there are 2.4 billion of Yahshua's sheep out there, who are following the words of YHWH's Torah? I believe that most are following the words men who bringing another evangel.

(CLV) Ga 1:8
But if ever we also, or a messenger out of heaven, should be bringing an evangel to you beside that which we bring to you, let him be anathema!

LEONARD RAVENHILL. Nobody else can give you a clean heart but ... We're blind to the fact (that) we have an obligation to five billion people in the world. This generation of Christians is .... I doubt if 5% of professing Christians in America are born again--and that's true of England! Here's the world with millions, millions, ...
=================================

"Now the men of Nineveh heard the word of Jonah and had repented. Yet behold, here is One far greater than even Jonah! Today people hear the Son of God speaking. Today many have read the Bible, especially the Gospel according to John. Who then can make excuse that he has never heard the Son of God? If you have heard, how can you expect to escape the future judgment? For at the time of your judgment, the men of Nineveh will stand up and accuse, saying: "We ourselves heard Jonah and repented. How can you therefore escape, since you have heard the gospel of God’s Son but still did not repent?" "
