Some churches claim the mark of the believer or christian is the sabbath.
If this was true i would strongly consider going to that church.
Using the Bible can any one tell me what they think is the mark of the christian.
Ofcourse we've all heard of the mark of the beast which relates to pay for goods and services using some mark or device. (Revelation + mark of the beast + google or bing search)

The mark of a follower of God is that we walk in His ways and express His character traits through our actions in accordance with His nature. By doing so we are acting as a light to the world, testifying to the world about who God is, and are bringing glory to His name (Matthew 5:13-16, Isaiah 49:6). There are many verses that describe the Mosaic Law as being instructions for how to walk in God's ways, such as Deuteronomy 10:12-13, Isaiah 2:2-3, Joshua 22:5, Psalm 103:7, and many others, so the Law was primarily given to teach us how to express God's character traits, such as holiness, righteousness, goodness, justice, mercy, faithfulness, love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, gentleness, and self-control. Jesus expressed these character traits through his actions and what that looked like was complete obedience to the Mosaic Law, so that is what it should look like when we are in Christ and are meeting our obligation to walk in the same way he walked (1 John 2:6). Our sanctification is about being made to be more like Christ, to have to to express the same character traits, and through following his example of obedience to the Law, we are testifying about who he is (1 Peter 2:21-22). In Deuteronomy 4:5-8, the intended reaction from the nations seeing Israel's obedience to God's Law was to marvel at how righteous and wise God is, so again it was about testifying to who God is.
For example, in 1 Peter 1:16, we are told to have a holy conduct for God is holy, which is a quote from Leviticus where God was giving instructions for how to have a holy conduct, which straightforwardly includes keeping God's Sabbaths holy (Leviticus 19:2-3), so by obeying those instructions, we are testifying to who God is. So following Christ's example of keeping the Sabbath holy straightforwardly marks us as a his follower, thought that is not the only thing that he taught us to follow, so it is not the only thing that marks us as his follower.
