Yes, perhaps but remember Trump got elected by mocking other people's foibles. He made up degrading elementary school nicknames for everyone, he mocked them.
The interesting thing about Trump is that his supporters are being played all day every day. Trump not only made fun of people for faults he himself has, he also claimed he would work more than Obama...yet he has far surpassed Obama's vacations. He claimed so many things that he would do better than his predecessors yet he has consistently done worse than.
