I already did, as with Romans 10.

As I have said before on a number of occasions, any 'Altar Call' that does not include instruction to potential initiates that they will be able to immediately speak in tongues at the point of their conversion essentially cheats the individual of a full Biblical conversion experience, though this does not mean that Initiate who does not speak in tongues due to a lack of proper instruction is not saved.

As for evidence of someone's Salvation, as much as I would like to see every new Initiate speaking in tongues moments after their initial Conversion, this is something that merely helps the congregation to know that they have received a full conversion experience. Even if someone is unable to pray in the Spirit (tongues), for whatever reason, unlike us, the Father still knows the heart of the new Initiate.

If the New Testament Theologian Paul had considered that only those who could speak in tongues were Saved, then he would have undoubtedly informed us of this, but of course he makes no suggestion that this is in fact the case.
Just on the last paragraph..
He does state that anyone who does Not have the Spirit of Christ is not Christ`s.

And the only way We can know is the evidence of tongues.
So it's not evidence to them of salvation..but to others.

Yes, even though we sort of need to see tongues as a tangible evidence of someone's Salvific experience, unlike we mere mortals, the Father will know even before they begin to praise him in tongues that they are now one of his children.

I think the one thing that gets lost with any discussion among Pentecostals on the Holy Spirit is why the Spirit was given in the first place. Jesus didn't say the Spirit would come so we could speak in tongues. He said the Spirit would come to:

Lead us to the truth (John 14-16)
Give us POWER to witness
- this power includes tongues and other gifts

It seems that most in Charismatic and Pentecostal circles read Acts 1:8 like:

You will receive Tongues when the Spirit comes upon you...

Wrong emphasis. Man is always impressed with outward displays. This is why preachers who yell and spit a lot during sermons are said to be anointed.

A preacher that yells a lot is no more anointed than the next, he just knows how to work people up into a frenzy.

This is why Pentecostals yell a lot during prayer. As if raising the volume is going to make our prayers heard more.

Outward displays...

Jesus said the real display that shows a person has the Holy Spirit is their witness. Are you witnessing for Christ or witnessing for the flesh? Kind of like your life is a billboard. If you have the Spirit you will display Christ to others, if you do not have the Spirit, you will not.

17 But you, beloved, remember the words spoken before by the apostles of our Lord Jesus Christ,
18 because they told you that at the last time there will be mockers according to their lusts,
leading ungodly lives.
19 These are those setting themselves apart, animal-like ones, not having the Spirit.
20 But you, beloved, building yourselves up in your most holy faith, praying in the Holy Spirit,
21 keep yourselves in the love of God, eagerly awaiting the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ to
everlasting life.
Jude 1:17-21 (MKJV)
10 Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might.
11 Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.
18 Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints;
Ephesians 6:

As no Pentecostal who is worth his salt would dare challenge the importance of praying in the Spirit (tongues) then what is the point that you are trying to make?
