Set free from that law, it is sin and death.

Freed by belief in Christ, who is the law of life, who is the law of faith.

The law is magnified, it is changed, it is honourable now, it is now bearing the burdens of others, it is laying your life down, it is not at all as seen in the law of Moses ( as all lived for themselves without that righteousness and love of Christ in them through the Holy Spirit given by belief in the righteous rising of Christ to set us free from that law of sins, free from our selfish sins)

Romans 8:2 For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus hath made me free from the law of sin and death.
3 For what the law could not do, in that it was weak through the flesh, God sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh, and for sin, condemned sin in the flesh:
4 That the righteousness of the law might be fulfilled in us, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.

The old could not fulfill the law, while the new can. That’s why the old is obsolete. The old was man attempting to be righteous on his own, under the law, apart from God, while the new is man under grace, in union with God, whereupon He makes us righteous, putting His law in our minds and writing it on our hearts.

The old law was not honourable, and it was hating your enemy, it was eye for eye tooth for tooth, it was without being kind, as the kindness love and charity of Christs law is to lay your life down, not to take it from others.

Remember when they are of the wrong spirit..

Luke 9:55 But he turned, and rebuked them, and said, Ye know not what manner of spirit ye are of.

Ephesians 2:2 Wherein in time past ye walked according to the course of this world, according to the prince of the power of the air, the spirit that now worketh in the children of disobedience:

Set free from that law, it is sin and death.
We’re set free from the law when we obey it without even needing to ever hear it.
For it is not those who hear the law who are righteous in God’s sight, but it is those who obey the law who will be declared righteous.” Rom 2:13

That’s what the Spirit does for us now.
And so he condemned sin in the flesh, in order that the righteous requirement of the law might be fully met in us, who do not live according to the flesh but according to the Spirit.” Rom 8:3-4

You cant have it both ways, supporting the law is fallen from grace.

Go be circumcised, go and do the whole law, but if you agree to do the law, you cant do some, yet that is exactly what is fallen from grace, as the true circumcision is told..

Philippians 3:3 For we are the circumcision, which worship God in the spirit, and rejoice in Christ Jesus, and have no confidence in the flesh.

Galatians 5:6 For in Jesus Christ neither circumcision availeth any thing, nor uncircumcision; but faith which worketh by love.

Colossians 2:11 In whom also ye are circumcised with the circumcision made without hands, in putting off the body of the sins of the flesh by the circumcision of Christ:

It is the law of faith ( in Jesus Christ)

That is why the law is the spirit of life in Jesus Christ, and is the law of kindness, and is the life of faith, it is bearing one anothers burdens, it is no longer the law of sin and death, that is dishonourable ( as Christ came to magnify the law and make it honourable)

No longer eye for eye, now laying your life down for your friends, loving your enemies, and turning the other cheek until death.

Doers of the word, which is the law of Christ.

Christ magnified the law, Christ is the law of kindness, the law of faith, the law of life, not the law of sin and death.

This theory that the law of Christ is different than the law of God is not biblical. Christ is God and is not at odds with His own law that was personally written by the finger of God, stored in the ark of the covenant in the Most Holy of God Temple, which is also revealed in Heaven Revelation 11:19 now written in our hearts and minds. Hebrews 8:10, Jer 31:31-33 Jesus did not come to do His will but the will of God For I have come down from heaven, not to do My own will, but the will of Him who sent Me. John 6:38. God and Jesus are not at odds with each other as they are One and Jesus came to magnify the law Isaiah 42:21

Jesus did not come to destroy the law of God, breaking the least of the commandments and teaching others has some consequences. Matthew 5:17-20

Jesus was asked which commandments should we keep and He quoted directly from the Ten Commandments:

Matthew 19:17 So He said to him, “Why do you call Me good? No one is good but One, that is, God. But if you want to enter into life, keep the commandments.”

18 He said to Him, “Which ones?”

Jesus said, “‘You shall not murder,’ ‘You shall not commit adultery,’ ‘You shall not steal,’ ‘You shall not bear false witness,’ 19 ‘Honor your father and your mother,’ and,‘You shall love your neighbor as yourself.’ ”.

James tells us you break one of the commandments of God is like breaking them all quoting directly from the Ten Commandments. 2:10For whoever shall keep the whole law, and yet stumble in one point, he is guilty of all. 11 For He who said, “Do not commit adultery,” also said, “Do not murder.” Now if you do not commit adultery, but you do murder, you have become a transgressor of the law.

Right before the Revelation of Jesus Christ:

Revelation 22:14 Blessed are those who do His commandments, that they may have the right to the tree of life, and may enter through the gates into the city. 15 But outside are dogs and sorcerers and sexually immoral and murderers and idolaters, and whoever loves and practices a lie.

1 John 2: 3 Now by this we know that we know Him, if we keep His commandments. 4 He who says, “I know Him,” and does not keep His commandments, is a liar, and the truth is not in him. 5 But whoever keeps His word, truly the love of God is perfected in him. By this we know that we are in Him. 6 He who says he abides in Him ought himself also to walk just as He walked.

Jesus kept the commandments as our example, this teaching that we should not do what Jesus did as our example is not biblical. Through Jesus we can be a slave to righteousness and not a slave to sin which is not coming from Jesus. We can gain victory over sin because we can believe the promises of Jesus. He would not ask us to do something that is not possible and gives us the Holy Spirit so we can obey. John 14:15. If we stumble and fall we have an Advocate with Jesus, but we have more than one warning in scripture about living with repentanted sin. Hebrews 10:26, Matthew 3:2. Sin is defined by breaking the law of God 1 John 3:4, Romans 3:20, Romans 7:7, James 2:10-12

Does anyone have confidence in the flesh ?

The will continue in all the law, in circumcision, sabbath, eye for eye, tooth for tooth, whatever of the law that was and is not of faith, to be fallen from grace, as exhorted not to, and as testified against.

The whole law is what Christ magnified and made honourasble, before that it is not whole.

Why say God is not at odds with His own law, when the law was sin and death, of course God is against that.

Then by changing the law ( which was not of faith) the law of Christ is written in us.

But it cannot be the previous law of circumcision, of eye for eye, of hating your enemies, of killing adulterers, it has to now be love and kindness, that is what changed, that is what is shed into us ( Gods love through the Holy Ghost given into us)

That is the law of Christ, compare it to the law of Moses that is gone, changed, and replaced.

The whole law is what Christ magnified and made honourasble, before that it is not whole.

Isaiah 42:21 The LORD is well pleased for his righteousness' sake; he will magnify the law, and make it honourable.

Magnify means to make greater, not lesser. Jesus wants to change us from the inside out, to change our thoughts before they become an action and should examples of this from the Ten Commandments.

Matthew 5:21 “You have heard that it was said to those of old, ‘You shall not murder, and whoever murders will be in danger of the judgment.’ 22 But I say to you that whoever is angry with his brother without a cause shall be in danger of the judgment. And whoever says to his brother, ‘Raca!’ shall be in danger of the council. But whoever says, ‘You fool!’ shall be in danger of hell fire. 23 Therefore if you bring your gift to the altar, and there remember that your brother has something against you, 24 leave your gift there before the altar, and go your way. First be reconciled to your brother, and then come and offer your gift. 25 Agree with your adversary quickly, while you are on the way with him, lest your adversary deliver you to the judge, the judge hand you over to the officer, and you be thrown into prison. 26 Assuredly, I say to you, you will by no means get out of there till you have paid the last penny.

27 “You have heard that it was said to those of old, ‘You shall not commit adultery.’ 28 But I say to you that whoever looks at a woman to lust for her has already committed adultery with her in his heart. 29 If your right eye causes you to sin, pluck it out and cast it from you; for it is more profitable for you that one of your members perish, than for your whole body to be cast into hell.30 And if your right hand causes you to sin, cut it off and cast it from you; for it is more profitable for you that one of your members perish, than for your whole body to be cast into hell.

All of the Ten Commandments has a spiritual meaning and a literal meaning. If we keep the Spirit of the law, you are obeying the letter of the law. If you find yourself breaking the letter, you know you are not in the Spirit. Jesus gives us His Spirit so we can obey. John 14:15-18

Jesus identified obedience of the moral law, the Ten Commandments, as necessary for gaining eternal life along with citing the only authentic pathway to that obedience, the fulfillment of the greatest commandments. Paul likewise identified the ten as being fulfilled by love.

Love doesn’t murder, steal, commit adultery, etc. It changes us on the inside first of all, in the heart, where evil emanates from. Both denounced a mere external obedience of the law and Paul, while battling legalism, maintained that the removal of a little piece of flesh from the body did absolutely nothing to make one holy. Only love can make us holy, only God can make us holy.

Jesus taught all is clean also, as not what enters your mouth defiles you, but the evil thoughts that come from an uncircumcised ( circumcised by the circumcision of Christ by the Spirit) heart.

On top of that ( replacing and magnifying) the day that is holy, is the day of salvation ) we are sanctified by the offering of Christ once for all and on all days.

Jesus identified all to be magnified and made honourable ( there is no honour in the flesh, in the law of Moses in circumcision to be seen and glorified of men)

Now the glory and circumcision is of the heart, in the Spirit, whose glory is not of men, but of God.

Mark 7:18 And he saith unto them, Are ye so without understanding also? Do ye not perceive, that whatsoever thing from without entereth into the man, it cannot defile him;

Yes, when the law is fulfilled by the Spirit, not the letter, then it will be truly fulfilled. Is it wrong to obey the Ten Commandments, whether or not we’ve ever heard of them?

If you wish to support different food identification and sabbath keeping, then know circumcision and all by the flesh and all that is praise to men is replaced by the Spirit, to only be praise and seen of God.

Jesus cleaned all, that was the cleansing of us by His blood.

God has wisdom, men have foolishness.

The law is not defined by what we think is wrong doing, it was defined by God written by the finger of God, kept in the ark of the covenant in the Most Holy of God’s Temple that is also revealed in Heaven, Revelations 11:19, now written in our hearts and minds Hebrews 8:10, Jer 31:33 . Breaking one of these commandments is like breaking them all. James 2:10-12, Matthew 5:19

This is the difference of those who prefer their will (their version of God’s law) versus God’s will, His written instructions for us. Jesus gives us this warning we should obey the commandments of God over mans traditions. Matthew 15:3-9.
