The hand of God

“Nothing is better for a man than that he should eat and drink, and that his soul should enjoy good in his labor.
This also, I saw,
was from the hand of God.”
‭‭Ecclesiastes‬ ‭2:24‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

Dear one, let us pause to consider who say, THIS ALSO, I SAW.
And we heard :
“The words of the Preacher, the son of David, king in Jerusalem.”
‭‭Ecclesiastes‬ ‭1:1‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

So who say “this also, who saw” is the Preacher, the son of David.

Dear one, would you have seen what the Preacher saw that he perceived if he has not said “This also, I saw, was from the hand of God.”

Dear one, I would not have perceived
“Nothing is better for a man than that he should eat and drink, and that his soul should enjoy good in his labor. “ And this also, is from the hand of God.

So dear one, let us meditate the gracious works of our God, His hand that gave us the strength to eat and drink, and that our souls are given the strength to enjoy good in our labor.

Dear one, let us humble ourselves and thanks Him for His grace or steadfast love in our lives.

Dear one,
We have heard from Ecclesiastes 2:24 that God grant us the strength to enjoy good in our labor.

Likewise, we also heard:
“Blessed is every one who fears the Lord,
Who walks in His ways.
When you eat the labor of your hands,
You shall be happy, and it shall be well with you.”
‭‭Psalms‬ ‭128:1-2‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

Dear one, we can be happy and shall be well with us because from His hand, our Lord bless us, that fear Him and walk in His ways.
