Matthew 18:
1 At that time the disciples came to Jesus, saying, Who then is greatest in
the kingdom of heaven?
2 Then Jesus called a little child to Him, set him in the midst of them,
3 and said, Assuredly, I say to you, unless you are converted and
become as little children, you will by no means enter the kingdom of heaven.
4 Therefore whoever humbles himself as this little child is the greatest in the
kingdom of heaven.
Rivalries and Divisions Within the Body of Christ testifies to a lack
of humility, and a sure path to perdition.
2 Corinthians 10:12 For we dare not class ourselves or compare ourselves
with those who commend themselves. But they, measuring themselves
by themselves, and comparing themselves among themselves,
are not wise.
What is the folly of self-commendation and comparisons being made
among the brethren? These disputes always become public, and
discredit the ministry of the Body of Christ.
Proverbs 26:
4 Do not answer a fool according to his folly,
Lest you also be like him.
5 Answer a fool according to his folly,
Lest he be wise in his own eyes.
To answer a fool in his folly is to address his boasting publicly,
exposing yourself to the same criticism. To answer a fool lest he
be wise in his own eyes is to address the concerns privately.

15 Moreover if your brother sins against you, go and tell him his fault
between you and him alone. If he hears you, you have gained your brother.
16 But if he will not hear, take with you one or two more, that
by the mouth of two or three witnesses every word may be established.
17 And if he refuses to hear them, tell it to the church. But if he refuses
even to hear the church, let him be to you like a heathen and a tax collector.
Without humility, the wisdom from above cannot be received, and every evil
work is crouching at the door.
James 3:
13 Who is wise and understanding among you?
Let him show by good conduct that his works are done in the meekness of wisdom.
14 But if you have bitter envy and self-seeking in your hearts, do not boast
and lie against the truth.
15 This wisdom does not descend from above,
but is earthly, sensual, demonic.
16 For where envy and self-seeking exist, confusion
and every evil thing are there.
Resolve disputes by remaining on the Rock of Righteous Judgment.
Philippians 3:
15 Therefore let us, as many as are mature, have this mind;
and if in anything you think otherwise, God will reveal even this to you.
16 Nevertheless, to the degree that we have already attained,
let us walk by the same rule, let us be of the same mind.
The Fruit of Righteous Judgment is Peace
Matthew 5:9 Blessed are the peacemakers,
For they shall be called sons of God.
Born From Above To Receive Wisdom From Above
James 3:
17 But the wisdom that is from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle,
willing to yield, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality and without hypocrisy.
18 Now the fruit of righteousness is sown in peace by those who make peace.
Do not be wise in your own eyes.
Romans 12:
16 Be of the same mind toward one another.
Do not set your mind on high things, but associate with the humble.
Do not be wise in your own opinion.
17 Repay no one evil for evil. Have regard for good things
in the sight of all men.
18 If it is possible, as much as it depends on you, live peacefully with all men.

Hebrews 12:14 Follow peace with all men, and holiness,
without which no man shall see the Lord:
