That kind of makes no sense. It would make more sense if only a few were able to own land while everyone else was forced to rent.
Either way, from what I can tell from the great reset’s ACTUAL website it just looks more like environmental issues more than anything else. Which I am for protection of the environment and doing more than what we are currently doing.
There is a lot of IFS even if it is more than an environmental proposal.
I doubt every nation and even every first world country is going to agree. I highly doubt China would want anything to do with changing what they are currently doing within their country economically besides making more money outside China. Switzerland is never going to join anything and they will never give up the Swiss Franc although they will happily take your money no matter what currency it is.
I think something dramatic would have to happen for something like that to happen.
And by dramatic, I mean a global shift in world power aka a world war or government collapse or something similar.

I appreciate your calm because I've been freaking out inside for a number of days now, however when you say it would require something dramatic, wouldn't you say that a virus that gives governments an excuse to activate never before used laws to impose strict lockdowns which will literally destroy economies as being "dramatic"? In my view we're currently living in one of the most dramatic times in recent history, and living through an event that is impacting the entire world. I can't think of a more dramatic time between 1945 and 2020.

Furthermore, here you can see Canada's goals for this great reset, and they include things like no poverty, zero hunger, education, equality, peace, justice and "responsible consumption". They want to transform far more than just the climate. They want to control every aspect of our lives.

They will also need to hate christians as we are to be hunted down as I recall, tried and killed. Hey, just take a look at the anger on some of these polotical threads, and elswhere on cf, and see it wouldn't take much for some of them to be happy to hunt Christians down.

You're right that many people today already, and increasingly so, feel justified and even righteous in their attacks against truth tellers, not just verbal but also physical attacks, and certain elected government officials even in the United States have publicly spoken about the need to make lists so that a certain group of people can be "held accountable", so even the most physically violent interpretation of scripture doesn't seem that far off.

However, let's be careful not to use phrases like "hunted down" as a requirement for prophecy fulfillment but to stick to the actual words of scripture because they can be understood in various different ways.

Revelation 13 says of the beast "It was given power to wage war against God’s holy people and to conquer them."

So yes, if we were indeed to be hunted down, this verse would cover that, but similarly this prophecy can come to pass without any physical violence whatsoever. It could just as easily mean the spiritual warfare we're already seeing against truth, as it continues to intensify. Remember that Christians are basically people who love the truth, because Jesus is the way the truth and the life, and a "devil" is one who seeks to destroy relationships with deception. So since the dragon is identified as "the devil" in Revelation 12, and as one who "leads the world astray" it makes sense to assume that the way he leads the world astray is through deception, but Christians will not be deceived because we love the truth and recognize the truth.

Where I'm going with all this is that truth has been under attack, increasingly so, over the last few years and it wouldn't take much to destroy it altogether, and that may be the way the dragon attacks us and overcomes us. Those of us who hold to the truth will be accused of spreading "disinformation" and may be deemed a danger to society. We're already seeing truth being censored by YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, etc. and lies are being pushed by the media every single day, whether it be regarding politics, coronavirus or climate change. And with the recent push for governments to stamp out "hate speech", but keeping to themselves the right to determine what constitutes it, we're only a pen stroke away from the Bible itself being outlawed in countries around the world.

The devil knows that steering people away from the truth, steers them away from Christ, so with that in mind, could the overwhelming and eclipsing of truth, by deception and falsehoods, fulfill the prophecy of God's people being conquered?

Yes, I agree that the Great Reset could usher in the NWO and the mark of the beast.

I'm going to assume that you've done some study on Revelation 13 and thought through various scenarios that could constitute the fulfilment of it, but do you see anything significant in prophecy that hasn't yet come to pass or is unlikely to come to pass in the near future, before the mark of the beast can be a reality?

Two things.

1. The abomination of desolation spoken of by Daniel happened when Antiochus Epiphanes attacked, and another abomination was set up in 70 AD when the romans attacked. The Daniel prophecies can be clearly traced to historical events.

Uh, Antiochus IV was only a blueprint for the coming "abomination of desolation" in Jerusalem. Antiochus did his thing in 170-165 B.C. But our Lord Jesus foretold of the "abomination of desolation" event about 200 years after... Antiochus had been dead. That means look for its fulfillment later. And since the 2nd temple was destroyed by the Romans in 70 A.D., there has never been an opportunity for the "abomination of desolation" event to be fulfilled. Yet today, the orthodox Jews in Jerusalem have the materials ready to build another temple, and they will, to fulfill the prophecy for the end of this world. (And please, don't tell me that the Romans fulfilled the "abomination of desolation" by doing some kind of sacrifice amongst the stone ruins of the old temple. A standing... temple in Jerusalem with daily sacrifices by the Jews is required per the Daniel prophecy to fulfill it.)

2. I too was certain, up until recently, that a world wide system of "worship" towards the beast would first have to come to pass, but then I realized that word used for "worship" in Revelation really just means reverence, and anyone who accepts the beast as being their authority has already given it reverence. That is the same as worship.

I think you are misinformed on that word "worship" in Rev.13:15...

Pretty sure Christians are being hunted down even today. And I'd say, if we are to be tried and killed/beheaded for our testimony, you can bet they will be hunting some of us down. The Antichrist will want those witout the mark, and I can think of no better way to get them but to hunt them down.

IOW, I don't think it a stretch to expect that to happen to the persecuted, and to happen a lot.

I'm honestly not sure how this new economy will affect businesses. I don't know the details of how all that will work, but I do know that if we're going to be required to receive a mark of some sort in order to participate in this new economy then that's going to be the most important decision of our lives.

Qantas airlines is the first of many to require proof of vaccination in order to board one of their flights. I'm sure it's only a matter of time before this becomes government mandated. This virus is a means to an end. Prepare.

There are many, many countries that require proof for of vaccination before entering or exiting depending on country. Yellow fever, polio, malaria, cholera, meningococcal meningitis, influenza, hepatitis; however yellow fever and malaria are the most common around the world.

Okay but have you actually read what the UN said about this? It’s just for human rights violations, fair trade, and environmental protection. It’s just a commitment. Each country can do its own thing. Read it and at the bottom it says it “We reiterate that each country has primary responsibility for its own economic and social development and that the role of national policies and development strategies cannot be overemphasized. We will respect each country’s policy space and leadership to implement policies for poverty eradication and sustainable development, while remaining consistent with relevant international rules and commitments. At the same time, national development efforts need to be supported by an enabling international economic environment, including coherent and mutually supporting world trade, monetary and financial systems, and strengthened and enhanced global economic governance. Processes to develop and facilitate the availability of appropriate knowledge and technologies globally, as well as capacity-building, are also critical. We commit to pursuing policy coherence and an enabling environment for sustainable development at all levels and by all actors, and to reinvigorating the global partnership for sustainable development”. Basically it’s like make your policy but know you’re still globally in the market with the world. They’re not trying to control every aspect of your life. Not sure about Canada though lol

People need to be scared of something in order to submit, give up their liberties and their normal lives. Every nation on earth has a never before used law on the books that states a vaccination can be made mandatory in the event of a public health emergency, and the power to force people to prove they're healthy enough to participate in society, is the power to take away everything they've ever known and completely reshape their lives without consent. This is literally the plan. If they can't convince you to live the way they want, they'll force you.

"Build Back Better" is not a Joe Biden slogan, it's a great reset slogan and all the world's leaders are using it. And in order to "build back better" they first need to destroy the current system, and that is the purpose of this pandemic. Unfounded accusations of racism, and the fostering of political division and hatred by the main stream media all serve this purpose.

The second point of this post is to recognize that the description of a scene where a one world government forces all the peoples of the earth to submit, in order to be able to buy or sell, in Revelation 13, is playing itself out before our very eyes.

This is the first time in history where not only the ability to prevent people from buying and selling exists, but more importantly the opportunity. This pandemic is going to get worse, much worse, and when it does the governments of the world will require you to prove that you're not a danger to society by accepting a "health passport" in exchange for giving up your property rights. This health passport will not be a piece of paper, of course, because you could lose it, so for the sake of convenience it will be implanted under your skin so that no matter where you go you can prove that you're "safe" to travel, to shop, to meet and to generally participate in society.

If you refuse to accept this health passport, you will be deemed a danger to society and for the safety of all [insert your nationality here] you will be required to isolate. This calls for patient endurance on the part of the saints. If anyone is to go into captivity, into captivity they will go.

I propose that the beast of Revelation is indeed communism. I'm not sure what the heads or crowns of this beast specifically represent but communism had seemed to suffer a fatal wound when the Berlin wall fell. The whole world breathed a sigh of relief that the threat of communism was ending, but here we are.

And the “plandemic” is part of the globalist scheme.

That’s why there’s all the fear mongering over a virus that has a 99% survival rate, that (unlike flu) doesn’t kill children. that 80% only get very mild symptoms.

The plan is to crash the economy with lockdowns, get the sheep used to being cut off and isolated, Force us to get a mandatory vaccine with a tracking chip in it, restrict travel without papers, and do an economic reset leaving us in poverty and a third world nation.

People are rebelling against the plot, and the truth is getting out there that there’s no medical reason for the public to be forced to wear masks, other than to keep fear going in our minds and willing to do another lockdown.

I did see that same definition for proskuneo, and it does say "reverence", but then it comes down to your definition of "reverence". Some may not consider as reverence anything less than adoration, but others may be satisfied with mere submission being considered as a form of reverence.

I'm 100% with you, but do you think the general public "rebelling" and waking up to the lies will make any difference?

I'll give you an example. At a recent city council hearing in Edmonton AB, many people spoke against the mask mandate and Dr. Hodgkinson (you may have heard the audio on Twitter), who is about as expert as you can get on this topic of virology and testing etc. (he currently heads a company in North Carolina that sells covid testing equipment) and he railed against the lockdowns and mask mandates calling it all absurd and so forth. What does city council do right after they hear from this expert? They vote to extend the mask mandate for another 12 months. They literally ignore experts, not to mention the will of the people.
