The reason why our whole society has fallen into it's current mess and there is so much confusion among the established nations, is due to their individual beliefs. (At this point you may agree, and think) "Yes it is their beliefs, if they only believed the right beliefs like us" (But that's where you fault) Because people primarily form beliefs so they can ignore the facts of nature and the universe around them, in favour of their individual wants.

Beliefs will never match the facts 100% They are a quick fix, a patch for what humans don't know. The more you fill the gaps of acquiring knowledge with another belief, the less you'll actually understand about the more and more.

Would you mind to provide some examples of your proposal, NeverL0ved? I'm not sure I'm following what you are saying.
1. Are children naturally born with the need to believe, or do they believe thing's due to what society teaches them to believe?

2. Why is the brain of a child like a sponge for knowledge, but the elderly brain is shown to shrink?

3. Do you accept right and wrong based on the beliefs of others, or on accurate knowledge and the facts?

4. What part of the brain do we use for believing thing's?

5. Write down a list of your 10 most personal beliefs, now compare them with another person who follows the same belief system as you. (What does that show you?)

Hello @NeverL0ved, please elaborate a bit. To begin with, what is this "current mess" that you speak of, specifically?

Thanks!

No one can have a dispute over exact facts, if they accept the facts and not create beliefs about them.

Here is an interesting point:

People don't fight at football matches due to actually knowing their team is better. They fight because they believe their football team is better, even if the evidence proves otherwise.

[Beliefs are defensive by nature, because if you have no beliefs you have to go where the evidence leads]
