I think it's the other way around, poverty leads to more than two children per mother.
They do not give them welfare benefits for having extra children in Africa where the fertility rates are the highest and poverty is grief. There were no $1400 stimulus payments for each child.

I didn't say that.

Landmines could also be effective tho, come to think of it.
You don't have to say it. You imply it with , "good reason to use live ammo on the border until the wall gets finished." "Landmines' as well.

Those strangers were not illegally in their land.
Right they can be refugees seeking asylum. That's what Trumps policies were to maintain. Nobody is complaining about asylum seekers.

If crossing the US Border at any point you can physically cross the border at, regardless if it is an official entry point or not, at any time of day or night, then presenting yourself to authorities and asking for asylum is ILLEGAL (as you appear to imply), then please cite the Established Law, Federal, State, Local Statute, Penal Code or Court Case Precedent that you believe is being violated by such an action so we may examine the veracity of your claims against actual facts.

Year 2019 does not begin in October, look at your own chart. No year begins in October. Your chart shows the surge going up in January 2020. Mid January at that.

Biden invited them in. Bringing up Obama is not going to change that. Children are suffering in all this. Your chart begins in the last few months of the years listed. Most of those years are a year ahead of what is listed!

Irrespective of how one interprets the graph and chart, the fact remains that Trump was President from January 20th 2017 until January 20th 2021 - the 2019th, 2018th and most of the 2017th lines all fall within the time frame when he was in the White House!

Apparently Republicans only started shedding "crocodile tears" for the "suffering" of illegal immigrants after President Trump left office - where was this sudden concern from conservatives when children were deliberately separated from their parents at the border, followed by the Trump Administration's inability to reunite 100's of them with their parents due to bungled record keeping!

Biden's representatives attempted to have border facilities expanded during the 3 months prior to taking office, unfortunately the Trump Administration was still contesting the 2020 Election and saw no need to make provisions for a transition!

Apparently Democrats shed crocodile tears only when Trump was president. Trumps policies worked, Biden overturned those plicies right back to where they were when they left a mess for Trump. The invitation to them just made even more cruelty for children.
