According to the Bible, Jesus turned water into wine, and now, MSCHF is turning holy water into hard seltzer. The boundary-pushing American art collective is making its foray into the booze industry with the launch of its Sacred Seltzer.

The 5% ABV beverage, which is available in Mango, Cherry, and Lime, features 95% holy water that was "blessed according to official Catholic procedure on March 31, 2022 in LA County, CA," the company reports. You can even watch the blessing on MSCHF's website.

Theologically (if one is in a state of grace of course!) would this remit venial sins if they are rightly disposed? I think the answer is yes.

Anything can be blessed of course!

Sacred Seltzer has a nice ring to it though...
I’ll not be buying it. My parish supplies holy water for free, I don’t like seltzer, and I think I don’t like their motives.

I was talking only about the name of the Seltzer, not the Seltzer itself.

What if you need to dispose of holy. Water. Well it's really pretty simple. You can either drink it or you can pour it directly to the earth if you've got a plant or a garden in the background.

I wonder how many are able to dispose of seltzer water if they don't like it? And will they do it properly?
