    Before I debate my view, I would like to know other people's understanding of what fulfills Paul the Apostle's prophecy about the doctrines of demons warning? And when did it begin? Did it end? What were and what are the doctrines of demons? Do they revolve around extremes, or are some concepts these kinds of teachings whether extreme or not?

    KJV
    1Ti 4:1 Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils;
    1Ti 4:2 Speaking lies in hypocrisy; having their conscience seared with a hot iron;
    1Ti 4:3 Forbidding to marry, and commanding to abstain from meats, which God hath created to be received with thanksgiving of them which believe and know the truth.
    1Ti 4:4 For every creature of God is good, and nothing to be refused, if it be received with thanksgiving:

    'Now brethren,concerning the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ and our gathering together to Him,we ask you,not to be soon shaken in mind or troubled,either by spirit,or by word or by letter,as if from us,as though the day of Christ had come. Let no one deceive you by any means,for that Day will not come unless the falling away comes first and the man of sin is revealed,the son of perdition,who opposes and exalts himself above all that is called God or that is worshipped,so that he sits as God in the temple of God,showing himself that he is God...' (2 Thessalonians 2:1-16)

    'Do you not remember that when I was with you,I told you these things? And now you know what is restraining that he may be revealed in his own time. For the mystery of lawlessness is already at work,only He who now restrains will do so until He is taken out of the way. And then the lawless one will be revealed,whom the Lord will consume with the breath of His mouth and destroy with the brightness of His coming. The coming of the lawless one is according to the working of Satan,with all power,signs and lying wonders and with all unrighteous deception among those who perish,because they did not receive the love of the truth,that they might be saved. And for this reason God will send them strong delusions,that they should believe the lie,that they may be condemned who did not believe the truth but had pleasure in unrighteousness' (2 Thessalonians 2:5-12)

    'But we are bound to give thanks to God always for you,brethren beloved by the Lord,because God from the beginning chose you for salvation through sanctification through the Spirit by the Spirit and belief in the truth,to which He called you,by our gospel,from the obtaining of the glory of our Lord Jesus Christ. Therefore,brethren stand fast and hold the traditions which you were taught,whether by word or our epistle's (2 Thessalonians 2:12-15)

    From my view, the doctrines of demons, were laws, restraining people from certain foods and marriage, and later a more clear evil, the inquisitions, and among protestants, witch hunts. Partly managed by the council.

    The enlightenment and the giving of human rights, the right to life and a fair trial and freedoms... puts much of an end to doctrines of demons.

    The doctrine of demons weakened the ability of Christians under it, to make converts or evangelize. People would call the converting proselytizing. Pagans were considered to be witches, such as in India or Africa or Native America. Such Christians were heavy handed and were armed and used the sword and later the gun. The council managed the burning at the stake of heretics and witches. I'd say their hearts were cold. Consciences burned as with a hot iron. Or they may have been sociopaths.

    The witches were maybe herbalists or people suffering mental illness... We call them scapegoats, so, people subjected to the anger and suspicion of people in large numbers, for evils in life. The Jews in Nazi Germany were scapegoats. When people ate the poison, ergot, and committed suicide, other people felt, they needed someone to blame. Some were maybe honest, others may have known what they were doing. But in the end, some innocent people were put on trial for witchcraft and were killed. These people were not the best at evangelising native peoples, but a David Brainerd broke through, and was a missionary to native people. And from his work comes part of the US education system.

    Not immediately with the protest of Luther, both in the RCC and the Lutheran Church there was improvement. I think the Moravians and Wesley made good ground on recapturing the Spirit of God and His will.

    I do not think in the RCC or the mainline protestants, that there was a false Christ or false Spirit. And now we have the Charismatic Renewal in the RCC and protestant churches.

    The English and American Enlightenment helped stop Christian violence and wrote down rights and freedoms they were always there yet before hand not enforced. Freedom and justice were also good for the economy and science. It did away with superstition and the idea that there are witches. So people who practice such things in reality and real churches, who won them into their congregations could actually determine what they really were. Winning them and not killing them is the right thing.

    From our old poisoned Christianity, and it's join with the state, comes a pitch fork, that over the decades was hammered into a decent sword. So the state justice is okay. It does good. Trials are reasonably fair. Dangerous people are locked away from potential victims. There is a warning not to harm others... There is no torture and prisoners have rights and can vote... But it could have been better if not for the inquisition and witch hunts and if Paul the Apostle had lived to preach to the Roman government and garrisons...

    Todays system could have been holy instead of okay. Places like Nigeria can learn from us and do better.

    Demons have been about since some of the angels followed Lucifer,who in his pride wanted to be equal to God. The rebellious angels fell from the splendour of heaven. They still try to influence men and women,boys and girls to follow Satan,instead of God. But their time of influence will be no more when Jesus establishes the new heavens and earth. Jesus is stronger than Satan and his demons and they are no match against Him!

    Yes, they know their time is short and the Kingdom is won and is being established. They jealously seek to take as many with them to defeat as possible. Their key is deception, or none would rebel with them. Their doctrines are disguised as a form of righteousness.

    Souls are so precious, if one thinks of the value of one dear cat, and if it is hit by a car, it matters. But a person! And whole countries! I think the loss of persons to atheism in Europe is a result of the Christian history of extremity. It looks to them like God isn't there, and Christians fight among themselves. One young Englishman even told me he thought Nazism was a form of Christianity. Just another example of infighting. I was trying to point out that in the secular twentieth century, there were wars nevertheless.

    Only 6% of English regularly attend church. The Church should have been a pillar of kindness, but was intensely cruel. That is the obvious sign of the demonic.

    Yeah, and it takes a mature Christian to do so, and a willing believer. Also non believers look on. They want to see benefits. See if it is for them or not. But church authorities who go to extremes are not likely to submit to deliverance ministry.

    New Christians can drive out demons also because it is the Holy Spirit that ultimitely does it. But it does help to be mature before doing deliverance.
