REV 11:19 And the temple of God was opened in heaven, and there was seen in his temple the ark of his testament: and there were lightnings, and voices, and thunderings, and an earthquake, and great hail.
It should read
And that is the last verse in Chapter 11
The next chapter is about the Dragon and the woman Chapter 12
And that is the last verse in Chapter 12, are we seeing a theme here?
Next chapter
that is the last verse in Chapter 13
Doesn't seem related does it?
In the next chapter other things are spoken of then at verse 9 we get back to the beast.
9 And the third angel followed them, saying with a loud voice, If any man worship the beast and his image, and receive his mark in his forehead, or in his hand, 10 The same shall drink of the wine of the wrath of God, which is poured out without mixture into the cup of his indignation; and he shall be tormented with fire and brimstone in the presence of the holy angels, and in the presence of the Lamb: 11 And the smoke of their torment ascendeth up for ever and ever: and they have no rest day nor night, who worship the beast and his image, and whosoever receiveth the mark of his name.
12 Here is the patience of the saints: here are they that keep the commandments of God, and the faith of Jesus.
to sum it up
1.The Ark which contained the Covenant, the Torah is seen in heaven, the doors are open and of all things that is what is mentioned.
2. The adversary, the Dragon hates Israel, and comes after her remnant, those who both keep the Torah and believe in Messiah Yeshua, these are targeted, not just believers.
3. The Beast has a specific name and number
4. Then we read about the mark of this beast and how the true 'Saints' must persevere to keep from taking the mark.
Now without making a conclusion I'd love to hear what pops in your head when you read that, what do you see?

17 And the dragon was wroth with the woman, and went to make war with the remnant of her seed, which keep the commandments of God, and have the testimony of Jesus Christ.

Next chapter
18 Here is wisdom. Let him that hath understanding count the number of the beast: for it is the number of a man; and his number is Six hundred threescore and six.
