They shortly fled to the Republican’s Capitol office, where according to The Hill, the group was greeted by the senator’s chief of staff Don Stewart who cordially promised to deliver the letter to his boss.

But they kept trying

The group then decided to leave the same letter at the Senate GOP cloakroom and McConnell’s personal office – only to realize they didn’t make enough extra copies of the letter, according to The Hill.

McConnell’s office staff saved the Democrats’ quest by allowing them to use their printer. “They didn’t make a copy of their letter so we’re making a copy for them,” Stewart told the outlet.

Where oh where was Mitch McConnell? The Senate floor - where he works, where they did not look.

First off: that doesn't appear to be in the 16 second clip you posted, but more importantly, according to Mitch's own senate website he does have an office in the Russel building.

Senators have offices, they meet on the Floor but they DO have offices. That's why I posted the link to Mitch's own senate site which shows his office in DC as being in the Russel Building.

But to be fair if AOC says something incorrect it is exactly as dangerous to the future of the USA as when the President of the United States makes an error or lies and (allegedly) commands his personal fixer to lie to Congress and appoints a series of corrupt greed-heads to destroy cabinet offices from within and rage-tweets threats at unstable tinpot dictators and sells the country out to a hostile Russian dictator in order to get a hotel built with his name on it in Moscow.

I think the humor is that anyone believes mcconnell actually works...what most considered people have witnessed is mcconnell abdicating the senates role as a co-equal branch of government. His obsequiousness seems to be boundless...perhaps he will attempt to pass legislation to make the senate a part of the executive branch.

Really? I must not have gotten the memo from George Soros.

I like the idea of democratic socialists like Bernie Sanders and I think maybe one day when she gets older and is more experienced, AOC will come into her own. I don't know. Frankly I don't give a flying whatever about AOC right now!

AOC is a FRESHMAN CONGRESSPERSON who has been on the job for less than a month. Yet the Right is losing its mind over every jot and tittle of her existence. I find it weird and a bit creepy. But hey it's their thing.

You are the same ethnic background as Ms. Ocasio-Cortez? Still doesn't address the fact that as a person of color she is attacked by those who wish to uphold white supremacy. Not saying you are the same here, but there were slaves that endeared themselves to their masters and informed on other slaves, that doesn't make slavery or their actions any less racist because it was a person of color maintaining the system. Your ethnic identity and attack does not negate the phenomena described in the article.

No, if I am to believe the Right Wing Media then there is NO DIFFERENCE. Sure one can destroy the economy and even millions of lives with one tweet and the other can't. But that is only important if facts are important. We are no longer in the realm of facts. We are now in "AOC Stalker Territory"!
