It's the sons of Seth interbreeding with the sons of Cain. The godly marrying with the ungodly, etc. It's why sin was multiplying upon the earth and God repented of creating man and sent the flood. The randy angels interpretation doesn't have any scriptural support and doesn't fit the narrative of men becoming progressively worse. Godly people becoming ungodly fits the narrative.
