Hello you and welcome. You will see some of the life of Jesus Christ in this writing.
The Lord Jesus Christ, who was the expressed image of God, also was God with us named Emmanuel. The Lord Jesus Christ showed love towards all man kind. By God sending His Word to come down from heaven, born of a virgin named Mary, to live in a fleshly body. Jesus Christ grew up going to synagogues and learning the scriptures with religious teachers in that day, who were astounded by how much he was able to understand.
The Lord went around preaching and teaching the coming of the Kingdom of Heaven, and also the destruction of the nation of Israel (All the material religion, priesthoods, sacrifices in that day in Age would all be done away with.) Jesus Christ told his disciples to go to the lost sheep of Israel first and for most, then unto the Gentile people.
The Lord Jesus continued preaching about the coming of the kingdom, as well as many great parables that are useful still today for us to learn from and he taught with authority. That means meaningful lessons can still be beneficial and can help you in your spiritual growth and walk of faith with God. When you go back and read the Gospels and listen to what is being taught especially with an understanding that this was a time were Jesus Christ was speaking to his disciples, and not to us (per se) because many times he exclaimed this generation meaning back then would not pass away until all the things he spoke about were fulfilled.
The Lord Jesus Christ told them they would receive the Holy Spirit as a promise, after he had went away, so that the holy spirit would remind the disciples all the things they had learn and this is still applicable today. For anyone new person who learns and accept about what the Lord Jesus Christ came and had taught, and also had done for the whole world. Will receive the Holy Spirit.
The Lord Jesus Christ after teaching all he could teach, his time had finally came. He was betrayed by his friend Judas who sold him out for some cheap silver, who then went and killed himself over the shame and guilt of his own sin that he committed against an innocent man. The Lord Jesus Christ was handed over to the Roman Government and under judgement of Pilate. Pilate came to the decision that Jesus Christ had no political agenda nor was he trying to take over the current ruler Cesar. And decided him to be innocent.
Pilate brought out Jesus Christ, and a man named Barrabas, and asked the people who they would decide to release. The murderer Barrabas was picked, and Jesus Christ was put on death row. Jesus Christ was ordered to be executed, where he was brutally bashed in the face with human fist, a staff, stripped naked, has a crown of thorns placed on his head. (These men did not know who he really was only what has been told to them.) He was the Messiah, the King of Jews however not a King of this Earth but a King of Heaven for He was the Son of God they did not really understand that - not yet at least.
The Lord Jesus Christ was placed on a cross, and was hung up in the air to die. He looked down at the people casting lot for his clothes, and asked his Father in heaven to forgive them for they know not what they do. Jesus Christ died for the whole sin of all of the entire world that day. The blood shed of Christ Jesus covered the whole reconciliation of all man-kind in this one single act of Love for all of the people he suffered to be around.
Jesus Christ died on the cross, paying for all the sin of man-kind. His body was taken down, and was placed in a tomb, where three days later Jesus Christ was no longer there. He has risen, and then showed his self to others afterwards according to scripture 500 people saw him.
Now today Jesus Christ is still alive, and he is living inside of believers now today who place their faith on the one who died for them, some people choose to reject it, and not listen to it. It is fine, love them and pray for them to one day realize the truth of the Blood (Death), of the Lord Jesus Christ who died and risen again three days later by God.
