Yeah being too brief is not something you can generally accuse me of!
Going on for 3x too long maybe ...
I love it when I spend an hour carefully replying to a post, typed letter by letter on my tiny phone screen, explaining everything I want to say as carefully as I can, click "post reply" ... and then find Matt or someone else has made a lovely succinct (more memorable and understandable) one-line reply that says it all - right to the heart.
Not my gift I'm afraid.
I did give an answer in Bible study yesterday when Father asked a question of us all and after a couple of tries no one else had given the one he wanted. I explained mine as quickly as I could but it was still a good paragraph worth. Father summed it up very well - "You can't trust demons!" It still wasn't the answer he wanted.
I do it irl too, which is probably why I usually keep my mouth shut most of the time.
