It is a universal practice for them within Christianity and outside of Christianity to refer to the arch villain of the end times as "the Antichrist".

Which also there is equally divided argument whether the person is a gentile or a Jew.

satan always counterfeits the truth and I am waiting for somebody to show me the counterfeit of futurism that uplifts satan.

Inserting satan in place of Jesus Christ in the 70 week prophecy is not biblical and is a teaching of the RCC

IMHO futurism is a great deception that is leading folks away from the truth.

I pray that those who are being deceived by this false teaching will have their eyes opened to the truth

Neither ... it's corrupt religious systems united behind a government power ... with the religious power being led by a prominent religious man ... of whom satan put his powers behind. A great deception ... many will think the anti-chirst is Jesus and will worship this power. This is how satan attempts to get what he really wants .... and that is worship.

None of the above. It is not the obvious reasoning of all human theology in eschatological terms. It is found in Revelation 13. Yet no one will figure it out until it happens, at least that seems to be the trend. Think about it. Jesus was already the Messiah. Do we really need to figure out something that does not exist? To the Jews, Jesus is the Antichrist. When the Lamb shows up, they will realize their error of the last 1990 years. No need for an Antichrist at all. Just movie fiction. All those authors trying to figure it all out, will seem foolish when they realize, all they were doing, is trying to figure out some movie script that Hollywood had even rejected.
