That's my favorite hymn! One of them, anywho! I have it on my iPod, and I can't remember where I got it from. Let me do some digging to see if I can find it again.
in my iTunes library I have it sung by ' The Brethren of the Valaam Monastery ' under the direction of Hierodeacon German(Rabtsev) in their album "The home of the most Holy Mother of God "
I also have it on a CD from the Monks of Chevetogne Abbey in Belgium - on their Album called 'Entre terre et ciel '
Anyway, here's slavonic on the russian tone http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Yup8_ecrFks
(but if I understand the music well, I don't think it goes to the "Shine, shine" part)
Here's another one in slavonic which looks like the full thing, but the music sounds a little different from what I've heard in russian churches, so I don't know - it might be some special composition of sorts http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jzLnk92nhjI
There are some {english, russian tone} combinations on youtube also, but they seem to be live recordings of suboptimal quality, except if I missed something.
I wonder if I should contact youtube and ask for a stipend for advertising their site in here all the time .
I suspect that the Valaam one I have is in Slavonic since it is in Znamenny chant
The Chevetogne one - to be certain I'll need to check it [ being a non Ukrainian , non Slavonic speaker
Back shortly
[edit] I haven't a clue being deaf it's not always easy and Chevetogne produces the booklet accompanying the CD is in Slavonic, French, English, German.and the introduction: French, Dutch, English, German
