You could do the music standard cafe coffee-house style, with an open stage for musicians.

I could do some nice jazzy tunes on my trombone while people sporting dark glasses and turtlenecks sip cafe lattes

How long have you played trombone?

I've been in school band and playing trombone for almost 6 years (Best instrument ever, in my not so humble opinion ).

It isn't my only musical talent, though. This year I tried my hand at singing ( "Everybody have Fun Tonight" by Wang Chung in my school's 1987 themed Dinner Theatre ) and I was somehow convinced to do some dancing. The latter got quite a laugh.
